There are no issues with safe-mail if you use tormail. They work work pretty good between each other

tormail.org, you can send to and receive from safe-mail just fine

Safe-mail to safe-mail is extremely secure. Other carriers can barely speak yo each other it have impossible user interfaces. I have looked.

I don't believe that safe-mail is unsecure. If you are talking about some sort of pressure the US government could put on Israel to erase records... the paid safe-mail accounts do not maintain records of those types, nor do I anyway. I consistently dis-retain information. Otherwise I am not sure what any potential un (in?) un security could be.
