my goals are to keep bf around the same which isn't hard for me. I've been blessed with decent genetics when it comes to abs etc. my arms are small tho which drives me nuts. I want to be around 215ish by the end of this comp
i do have a nagging shoulder injury which can suck my dick
cycle is as follows
I'm currently in the middle of a test tren cycle with cut mix thrown in eod and I'm going to keep running it the same. When I run out of tren e ill be running the cut mix 1ml Ed. Also be running mdht towards the end to help harden up some. Where I'm at now isn't ideal for a transformation contest because I'm not a fatty like half the people competing but oh well.

diet will be the usual chicken, lean beef, sweet potatoes, rice, oats and a few shakes here and there. Typical clean diet
supps - fish oil, vit d, vit c, multi vit, and advanced cycle support when I get to ordering it, milk thistle, flax seed
