After a couple months of test only, I added some of our var and winny and bam, I started getting the results I was looking for. I upped my protein a little too though.

No problem you deserve it!!! How much var are you taking?

40mg a day of Var and 40 of winny. The winny is already messing with my joints after three weeks. I am one of those people sensitive to winny that way. I have some of Naps' oral tren from a while back. That's the most effective thing on the market. That stuff is a miracle. Gonna drop the winny for now and take that til it's gone.

I hear ya about the winni, thats why I went with the var, Winni hurts my joints too, even t3 over 40mcg/day hurts my joints.. Im figuring on running the var for 8 to 10 weeks..
