Did All the Whey change their flavor make up?

I hate to say this on here, but I got a refill of Chocolate Mint and it is awful. Something is amiss and Ive never heard of protein going bad.

Just picked up a 25lb of vanilla and 25lb of strawberry. both seem to taste great. I tried the sample pack before hand just to check for lactose and they all worked great, but the chocolate mint seemed fine. Tried the sample pack about 3 months ago and bought the 50lb bulk load about 1.5 months ago.

All the info i could give, sorry.

I would be guessing that an ingredient changed. I bought mine directly from them via ebay and the price shot up about 50.00 from what i paid in about three weeks after auction closed.

Give them a call. I would hope they would take care of return customers.

speaking of all the whey....does their whey protein blend contain an unusually higher amount of lactose than other brands? I ask because if I happen to have a lot of this stuff on any particular day, ie, 4+ scoops, later on in the day I usually get the worst gas ever.

I am actually trying to drink less of this stuff as I have recently become educated in reading the labels of protein powder for the cholesterol content. My favorite, albeit expensive, protein powder is syntrax nectar whey isolate. it contains less than 5mg per scoop. All the whey blend is up around 17mg, so for the amount I drink it adds up...plus I heard powdered cholesterol is worse than regular old cholesterol, but who knows.

Depends on what kind of cholesterol it is. If its high in HDLs, its good.
