    Bf% some where between 12 to 14
    max flat bb bench 415 lbs x1
    dead 515 lbs x 6
    rear squat 315 lbs x4 I know I know I got some work to do lol...

    -flat bench 295 x6....Probably can push more but I'm waiting on my wrist to heal completely...we'll see if we can up it tomorrow

    Currently running AMA test-e 500 mg wk/ d-bol 50 mg ed.... Saturday will be my 3rd wk on cycle

    bb bench ? At this time. Working solely on upper chest the past few weeks
    Currently running 300mg ew AMA test cyp for protocol. Getting bloods done next thur from my dr. Then going straight into AMA tren a, test c, proviron or mast p cycle for 8 weeks.

    last time i saw you , were more like 14 % fa in my op....how are you anywhere near 450 bench when you maxed constantly and never came close? 410 for a single is no where near 450 for a single in my op

    Bench, Idk really. I got 325 once, that was after a 6 set workout, with my fiance spotting me lol didn't want to push it to much.. she's only 4' 11" 120 (love her) lol

    Squat... ehh.. Idk, I workout with 225. I don't maxout ever, on anything. Shoulders not strong enough for that.

    Same here it's rare if a max. My incline max is a guesstimate. I can rep 225 10-11x so I made my guess from that.
