    Cycle log...

    After a 5 month break, I'm finally getting ready to go back on cycle! I've been dying to, but I wanted to find a good time to start... Figure I'd start on Monday, but I'll post stats and goals right now.

    I'm 26 years old, 6ft, and 215lbs. I've been lifting seriously for about 2 years, but I ran cross country and track before that. I was about 185, but I wanted to gain some weight. I liked the extra size and the extra compliments, so I decided to keep going with it. I have run 4 cycles already (only 1 geared towards cutting), so this isn't anything new... by no means am I a vet or anything! I just have enough knowledge about AAS to get decent gains and not harm myself.


    My goal is to get up to the 230-35 range. I would like to go higher, but I'm not able to do that at this time because of my current job and the career I'd like in the future. This will be my routine for the next 15 weeks or so... I'll tweak it as if something is or is not working.

    Meal 1- 300ml of egg whites, 5 scrambled eggs, 4oz of orange juice, and 2 slices toast
    Meal 2- 50g of protein powder mix with ? cup of oatmeal, 3tbs of peanut butter, ? cup of sunflower seeds
    Meal 3- 8-10oz of chicken breast/beef, ? cup of almonds
    Meal 4- 50g of protein powder mixed with ? cup of oatmeal, 3tbs of peanut butter, ? cup of sunflower seeds
    Meal 5- 8-10oz of fish or beef/can of tuna, ?-1 cup of veggies, 1tbs olive oil, ? cup of sunflower seeds/nuts
    Meal 6- 300ml of egg whites, 5 scrambled eggs, 4oz of orange juice, and 2 slices of toast
    *1 scoop of casein protein before going to bed.
    *As for my workout, I will try to do it early in the morning so I have time to relax later on in the day.
    Monday- Chest/Delts
    Tuesday- 30-45 min Cardio/Stretch
    Wednesday- Rest
    Thursday- Legs
    Friday- Arms
    Saturday- Dunes
    Sunday- Pull
    Supplements include: BCAAs, Multi-vitamins, fish oil, milk thistle, Hawthorne berry, fiber, and dandelion
    Other supplements include:
    Test E- 500mg (wks1-4), 750mg (wks5-8), 1g (wks9-15)
    Deca ? 200mg (wks1-4), 300mg (wks5-13)
    Dbol/Adrol- 25/25 (wks 1-4 and wks 12-15)
    A-Dex ? as needed/Caber- as needed

    Woke up, had breakfast, had dbol, and pinned some test e and deca. Went in real smooth... Off to work I go!

    Had a meal before working out, had anadrol, and hit the weights! Just giving you guys a heads up... My chest is my weakest body part, so the numbers are kind of low. I'm really working on bringing that up, so any advice would be helpful. I usually don't have someone to help spot me, so just keep that in mind. I kill when it comes to legs and back though!

    Incline DB press- 90x10, 90x10, 100x8, 105x 7 (starting at 95 next week)
    Flat DB press- 100x8, 100x7, 105x5
    weighted dips- 45x8x8x8
    cable cross- 70x10, 80x9 (really slow and controlled)

    Seated military DB press- 75x8, 75x6, 80x5
    side lateral raise- 30x15, 35x12, 35x12

    Abs

    I felt good when I was working out. I know part of it was mental, but I also had a real good pump going on. Looking forward to the dbol and drol kicking in in a few days!

    So just wandering why only 300mg a week max of Deca not higher? never ran Dec myself but thinking about running it soon instead of my Normal EQ

    Sides get bad for me if I run it too high (suuuper bloat, lol). Plus, you don't really have to run it super high to get the benefits of it... After a while it's just overkill. I've realized that as long as I have my diet in check, get rest, and train hard, I get the results I'm looking for. You can go ahead and see how your body reacts to it, but it just doesn't work for me. The dbol and drol are going to be what keep me going for the first few weeks and right before I finish this cycle.

    hmm very true i can see where you are coming from. ill try to run it around the same see how it goes more is not always better found that out with EQ lol

    How u liking the drol bro? I was an idiot when I first started cycling and ran dbol and drol at 25 each Ed. Thank god I found this site awhile back lol.

    Cardio went fine. Just jogged on the beach for 45 mins and stretched. I'm making meals for tonight and tomorrow right now... I have to be at work tomorrow around 3am. You guys take it easy.

    Major headache today... Feeling pretty tired, but I doubt it's gear related. I had to work my first job at 3am, then go to my second job at 8. Thank goodness this is my rest day! I'm sleeping 8+ hours when I get home.

    Woke up and weighed myself this morning... I came in at 218 and this dbol is def starting to give me lower back pumps. I'm going to drink more water and have an extra banana or two. I'm hitting legs as soon as I get off work.

    Just got home from hitting legs... I love hitting legs! What I've been doing for the past month or so is switching back and forth between making squats and deads the focal point of my workout. Today I focused on squats...

    Squats- 290x5, 315x4, 340x3, 365x2x2, 385x1x1
    Deadlift- 10 paused reps at 335
    hamstring curls- 3 sets of 10 at 130lbs
    leg extension- 3 sets of 10 at 210lbs
    calf raises

    Each week I go up in weight,so next time I do this, all my lifts will be at least 10lbs heavier. Same goes for the days I focus on deads. I felt pretty good doing this. I had a good amount of energy and powered through the workout with no problems at all. Although I'm only supposed to go up 10lbs I might make it 15. The dbol is definitely starting to work... I didn't change much from the last time I did this workout (aside from the increase in poundage), and I have much more energy for my workout. I was embarrassed by how weak I was last time I did squats!

    I can't wait to really go hard in another 2 weeks or so when everything is in full effect! Looking forward to logging the progress I'll make on this cycle!

    keep an eye on your blood pressure, high bp can cause headaches and drol and dbol most definitly can spike your bp

    Tired as hell from working two jobs, but I still went in to work on arms today. My elbows were bothering me when i first started, but im pretty sure that was just from me being a little tired. After the first two sets it started to go away. Here's how my workout looked... I work my delts doing other exercises, so that's why they were left out of this...

    Skullcrushers- 90x10, 90x10, 95x8 (starting at 95 next time. Elbows should be fine by then)
    Smith machine press (reverse grip)- 185x10, 205x8, 215x8, 225x6 (first time trying these out... Starting at 215 next time)
    Barbell curls- 100x8, 100x8, 105x8, 115x7
    Preacher curls- 55x9, 60x8, 65x7
    Hammer curls- 60x8, 70x7, 75x7 (starting at 70 next time)
    Forearm work

    Tomorrow I'm hitting the dunes.

    I felt great hitting the weights and had more energy than I expected. Body comp is definitely starting to change. I'm looking much fuller and starting to fill out my shirts a bit more. Got a thumbs up from some dude, a couple looks from a chick, and a look I didn't care too much for from another dude, lol. I just find it crazy that so much is happening in the first week. I'll let you guys know how this cardio goes tomorrow.

    I've been sick as a dog since Saturday. Worked out at the dunes, but I felt weak and lethargic. I couldn't do anything Sunday because I was so sick except work my 12hr shift. I should be fine by later today after tons of rest. I come back from this stuff pretty quickly.
