AMA Transformation Contest
Ok, so you prob already read about the challenge to the other sponsors and to the members. So here goes. To enter the our contest simply state you are doing so in this thread. In your post state what your goals are for this transformation and an estimate on your stats. The more detailed the stats the better. Include a current picture if you can (This will not be your official "Before" pic). But its not necessary at this point. Before you commit know that you will need to keep a good log going and a minimum of a date verified before and after picture. Let me say that this contest will be judged on many variables. It does not matter at what level you are currently at. We want to see you achieve a goal and want to encourage the motivation for that here, through our staff and our members. Once you have committed pm myself or one of our reps and you will be given the full details. Contest will begin JAN 14 and all entries should be in by JAN 13. Good luck from the AMA CREW.

I will utilize a M/T - T/F Split
Groupings
- chest,biceps,delts
- Back,tris
- legs
* One group will be hit 2x weekly with this split and will reset every 3 weeks
* Wed = plyometrics
* Off = Sat/Sun
* Cardio - 45 mins 5x weekly
Diet
1st 4 weeks - D. Palumbo keto diet
2nd 4 weeks - Add in carbs ( oats,brown rice) - 75 - 150 grams daily
3rd Phase - will begin my true contest prep , 2nd week of March

Hell ya!! I'm all for this, I am wanting to start a new log in January too. I need to lose 15 pounds and my main goal is to transform my legs. I have done three cycles(on test prop now)and love the gym.( which is why I'm working for them) I can post pics of me now,I hate my legs to much fat on them. My workout is solid and nutrition is back on track. I have a goal this year that I will fulfill to do a powerlifting completion. I'm prior military( seven years going) and I'm very discipline and dedicated to what i want in life. So far my max lifts are:

Deads:230
Bench:165
I want to get my lifts up double my body weight
And transform my legs.

Goals: was going to say top 10 in my height class at the Arnold but my posing coach just informed me my goal is top 3. So yeah, top 3 in my class.
112ish and 12% body fat. The weight is iffy but I don't want to lose muscle to get as low as some of the bikini girls do. Aside from Arnold placings, getting my IFBB pro card is the ultimate goal and picking up a sponsor or 2 along the way.
Specific areas-glute/ham tie-ins need to improve, and abs and delts need to be more defined.
Current stats:
135lbs and 19% body fat. 5'3

Okay,don't want to come off as a total newb here but I am interested in the contest and have never compete tee in ant sort of physical contest. I currently use Jefit to log all of my workouts but I made a conscious decision a while back to not track stats like weight & body fat% because Although these stats can be great to track progress I know I just get anal about the numbers and too fixated on the scale so I just use the mirror as a progress marker. So what kind of stats does one need? Do we need to submit multiple profile photos, relaxed, pumped, flexed? My personal goal would be to try to harden up get a little vascular because I never have been and try to get a defined six pack and maybe a striation or 2 across the chest and shoulders and oh yeah put some mass on my frickn stick legs!
while others may want to add visible size as part of there contest goal. Am I on the right track here as to what the contest is about or off base?

^^^^^ I think maybe something like this . Look like a slob for your before photo . Stick out the gut . Get in shape and get a tan for your final photo.

I used to run XC and track, but I wanted some more size. I'm trying to get to about 235lbs before I have to slim down for work later on next year... I usually work on getting cut up during the summer. You guys are going to see me around 11% bf or so. Just trying to test my body and see what it's capable of. I would also like to have my lifts go up by 25lbs or more.
Looking forward to this guys and girls. Im keeping track of who is entered and will be sending out a pm to you in the next week.
I'm also adding that I haven't done a cycle in a year and always get bloodwork done
