AMA Challenge MuscleAddiction 2013...ARE YOU READY?!?!

Age: 42 years young Ht: 73.5" Wt: 245 lbs...currently, up 24 lbs. from 221 (August 2012) Goal: Currently preparing for a bodybuilding competition in July 2013, for this transformation challenge I will be looking to work on lagging areas such as legs, calves, triceps, and upper chest...but will be looking to start leaning out from my current condition. I would like to remain around the same weight, but leaner. I just currently came off a cycle from AMA (18 weeks) of the following:
1-18 Test Cyp: 500mg EW 1-18 EQ: 600mg EW 1-18 Proviron 75mg ED 1-18 Aromasin 25mg ED 1-18 HCG 500iu EW 1-4 Test Prop 100mg EOD 1-6 Tbol 60-80mg ED...80mg last two weeks. 9-18 Tren Ace 100mg EOD 9-18 Prami .5mg EOD 13-18 Anavar 60-80mg ED...80mg last two weeks
Currently will be doing the following:
Test E: 250mg EW Deca: 250mg EW Proviron: 50mg ED MK-2866: 25mg ED GW-501516: 10mg ED HCG: 500iu EW
So I guess that you folks would like to see some good pictures? Well I don't like taking pictures of myself (wife took them but you know what I mean) because they never turn out like I want them to...but hey these photos are supposed to look bad otherwise there will be no room for improvement right? So without further ado...
So there you have it...the more I look at them the more I see I have a lot of hard...but fun...work to do, but again these pictures are not supposed to look good, it will be at the end of the transformation that I will look better...and then my pre-contest cycle will begin after this transformation is done...but hey I am part of the AMA Army and this is a team effort, and I am willing to do this for the support of AMA...as I am an Alpha Male!!!

I will post up my log for yesterday and today later on this evening when I get home, after dinner of course...priorities . We have a lot of solid participants here and I am in everyones corner for this, I wish the best transformation for everybody participating, and will do my best to make the AMA Army proud in this contest as well as representing AMA at my competition July 2013...it is my time to shine now...this will be my year! I will qualify for Nationals by the years end!

Awesome!!! Started the transformation off right and trained hard in the morning with my wife, who is also on her own transformation challenge, which I am assisting with as well. It is easier when you have someone to share the experience with you, give the support, and encouragement!!! She will kick my ass most of the time with the pace she keeps, which is good except I sweat a lot lol!!! So we just went in and took care of business today!!!

Today was a good day, first day back at work this week and I just had this attitiude that nobody is going to fuck with my day!!! Maybe a bit scarcastic, laughed and joked around...just one of those moods that we like to be in...almost like inviting someone to just say something to give you a reason!!! Funny, the wife texted me later in the day and said "Argh...is how I feel!" Ok, I get to go home to someone feeling argh! She didn't have that great of a day, she said she was feeling really aggressive, like she wanted to hit something...have to hang the 100lb heavy bag up when the weather is nice...look out at the ocean and beat the hell out of a bag...good cardio! Like I said we are training together, she is also on some supplements, and getting serious! Well have other things to do before bed, until next time!!!

Hammer Strength Horizontal Calf: (4x20...180/270/360/450)
Standing Calf Raise: (4x15...495 all sets, 30 second rest)
Standing One Leg Calf: (4x20...bodyweight)
Today was a good day, did not get to workout with my favorite training partner...wife ...so had settle for my other training partner lol. So hit Powerhouse Gym this morning, hit chest and calves really good, and went to work. I did incorporate another SARM into my supplement regimen, S-4, so now running basically a triple SARMs stack with a Test E/Deca chaser!!! My strength is still on par, and the vascularity I had this morning was awesome!!! I wish I could take photos at those times, I was standing on front of the mirror holding the dumbells right after a set and shit was just popping!!! I told my partner "damn, where is the camera now", but I will save those for the final photo shoot of the challenge . So heading off to relax, probably give myself a haircut, eat, spend some quality time with my little girl, and bedtime!

Hey...my wife loves Dove milk chocolate, I have made many trips at night to the store for her chocolate cravings, so it is all good girl. You still have to enjoy the simple pleasures of life like chocolate, ice cream, Key Lime pie...my wife makes one from.scratch that will make your taste buds scream, and we stick to a disciplined routine that no others can or would attempt to do, so rewards are good for us! Thanks for following and posting girl...I enjoy the interaction and conversations .

Today was another good day, mood was good, energy was good, worked and came home to a nice package from my AMA...always fun getting presents in the mail. Just some EQ to replace what I used, Deca for my current cruise/bridge, and Proviron tabs. I personally like the capsules, they looked like just another vitamin or supplement...now they look like mini Altoids. Anyway, just my preference. This is going to be a big weekend...tomorrow morning we have legs @ 8 am, then tomorrow evening the wife and I are going on a date night out...she got these new stilletto shoes and oh yeah, need to take her out so she can wear them and look hot! We are going out to dinner and then to see my buddies R&B band play, and dance! Then Sunday is my little girls bowling birthday party with her friends, the Niner game, and Maverick's is happening. Quite the eventful weekend ahead, but am going to start it off right with sqats, press, lunges, seated squats, and whatever else I can think of.
