Ok everyone, my log is different. I'm getting ready for a powerlifting Competition(March 9) so I need to increase my max lifts. I'm competing in bench and deadlift. I'm working on getting my squats be up there, but it will take some time. I will be taking my photos tonight when I get home.

What's would be a sure-fire winning number for your class in each lift?
187 for bench( my max is 175) dead lift is 285(my max 255) my states record is 412, I'd love to reach. Squat I need to look up but I think it's close to 400 and I only do 225.

I stayed up last night and worked out my schedule for my workout and meal plans. I'm going to try and do s carb cycle(which scares me) My low days will be Sunday,Monday,Wednesday and Saturday. Medium days will be Tuesday and Friday and my high day will be Thursday. I'm new to this so I will try my best with it. As for my workouts they are as followed:
Sunday- rest, sauna extra cardio if needed
Monday-AM fasted cardio(30min) shoulders
Tuesday- AM fasted cycling class(1hr) back, 15 min ABs
Wednesday-rest,sauna,PM cardio if needed
Thursday-AM fasted cycling class(1hr, high gear) legs
Friday- Arms, PM cardio(1hr)
Saturday- AM fasted cycling class, chest
I will try this plan for four weeks and see if it works, I might have to switch a few things around.
MEALS
LOW CARB DAY
Meal 1: 1cup egg whites
Meal 2: 6oz chicken, lettuce(salad)
Meal 3: 6oz tuna, ON shake
Meal 4: tuna, PURE protein shake
Meal 5: 6oz turkey, 1/4 rice
Meal 6: ON Shake
Total: cals-1153, carbs-27, protein-200, fat-13
MEDIUM CARB DAY
Meal 1: Ezekiel(1 piece), 1cup egg white
Meal 2: ON shake
Meal 3: 6oz chicken, small sweet potato
Meal 4: tuna, rice cake
Meal 5: 6oz turkey, 1/4 rice
Meal 6: ON shake
Total: cals-1176, carbs-74,protein-140, fat-5
HIGH CARB DAY
Meal 1: 1 cup egg white, Ezekiel(1 p)
Meal 2: PURE protein shake, Ezekiel(1p)
Meal 3: small sweet potato, 3oz chicken
Meal 4: 4oz turkey, 1/2 cup rice
Meal 5: 6oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup pasta
Total: cals- 1171, carbs-108, protein-130, fat-4

I'm working on smoking her on deads, she 157lbs off from the state record for her weight class. Her max is 255 and she acts like its hard for her.
Really sore from hitting chest yesterday, Pyramid sets on flat bench fried me. Today was back and I mixed in front delts too. I forgot to bring my note book with me so no numbers. Tomorrow I will start back up with details in my logs.

No cardio today. Also I haven't received my anavar so I will be using winny till I get it. I'm not a fan of it but it'll do for now. I should have my var in a few days. Also I'm gonna try and post one to two videos a week too.

Funny...my wife is the same way, put 135lbs up for her to squat, she looks at me like I am crazy, then she busts out 15 solid reps...sandbagging! Keep on her, you can see she has the determination and like I always preach..."Desire Creates Power!"

Thanks z82, its been a long road. 6days a week 2 hours each day(just weights) I love seeing new results and love the work I put into my body.
Today was my rest day and low carb day as well. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I felt great and no real hunger pains. I ened up having to make myself eat the calories I needed for the day. I ended up doing 30mins of cardio and 45min in the sauna. I hate taking a day off so I always end up at the gym. Tomorrow is legs and cycling in the AM. I will do doing squats this week and Deads next week.

Looks like your trying to do both physique and power lift. IMHO you need to pick one or the other. I guess you could do both but why? I dont know shit abt power lifting and I'm not going to act like i do. Im a bodybuilder and always will be. With that being said "if" I was a P/L carbs would be my best friend. Id being trying to put on as much weight and water weight as I could. So its said the more water weight you put on the heavier you can lift, squat. trying to cut 6lbs is only going to hurt your strength. Lose weight you will lose strength unless your on tren. You know im your biggest fan and im only trying to help good luck.

Bodybuilding is about learning to maximally contract a muscle. It is not about lifting weight. The best bodybuilders in the world are that way because they can contract their muscle harder than you, NOT because they lift more.
I know you will support me in whatever I do. I totally understand what you mean too. The mean reason I want drop the 6 is so I will be in smaller weight class. I like my body , but you know I've always had problems with my legs. I want to tone them(mostly hams/glutes) Im wanting to try this carb cycling and see how my body takes to it.
