    Krista's 2013 AMA Transformation Challenge

    High carb day!!!!! Wooooohoooo!!!! I upped my calories to 1450 today but still staying within my percentages. Just got done with spin, have body sculpt later. I'm so excited bc I can have fruit today!!! And toast. And Greek yogurt. And rice. And a banana...

    Anyways...6 weeks from today is the Arnold and I'm so excited to see what my body can do in that time. I'm ahead of where I was last year at this time so I'm right on track.

    Body sculpt tonight was beast. I had a huge class. Lots of work on the bosu and some plyo. And abs abs abs abs abs!!!!!

    Sooo yesterday was just yoga. Was a rough day. I ended up going to bed before 9pm. Feeling a little better today

    Chest/triceps/abs
    3x10-15

    Incline db chest press w/20's superset with wide push-ups
    Cable crossovers 30/side
    Pec fly machine 35lbs
    Ab machine with 55lbs
    A few pull-ups. Can't do many but I'm working on them.
    Bench dips with feet up
    Some random ab work
    Jump rope for like 5 min


    Wasn't very focused and have a bad headache. But it's done and that's good

    3x10-15
    Pulldowns 55lbs
    Low row 40lbs
    Kinesis wide lat pull 4 plates per side
    Kinesis Horizontal chops 4 plates
    Kinesis Side bicep curls 2 plates per side
    Kinesis shoulder press 2 plates per side
    DB pullovers 20lbs
    DB 1 arm row 15lbs
    DB Rear delt flys 8lbs

    I did a triple recipe

    Regular is
    1/2 cup oats
    1 scoop isopure
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tsp cocoa powder

    Mixed by hand and added water as needed to shape them.
