Going for maybe 112 and 12% but I may change that depending on how I start looking. I'm competing in March and want to bring home a trophy
Board looks good. Just got done with pics. Waiting on HL getting them to me. Too bad I just came off the last weekend where I get cheat meals...oh well. Makes for a better transformation.
Slow at work so figured up my macros...trying carb cycling.
Low carb days: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Medium carbs: Tuesday
High carbs: Thursday
Weekends are going to suck but it will keep me from cheating and the breakdown fits with my training split well. Trying to stay on a 1200 calorie diet so once I figured out my body's needs I broke down percentages and applied that to hit my 1200 calories. Any less than 1200 and I feel like death.
Kickboxing today. Had an awesome class. I'm right on with diet so far today and it feels good. We'll see how low carb days go. But medium carbs today and so far so good.
