I am planning my next cycle starting July. I did a few poorly planned cycles when I was in my early 20s. Right now I'm on 400mg per week for 12 weeks I'll then cruise on trt Dose at 200 mg/wk.
Here's my stats and planned cycle:
Ht 6'3.5
wt 240 lbs
bf% 15%
Test E 750/wk 1-12
Deca 400mg/wk 1-12
D-Bol 40 mg/wk 1-4
Any thoughts?

Agree with sistersteel I would be adding some arimidex and possibly caber for the deca. Myself I do like to run HCG also but thats is different for everyone. So I would do this myself.
D-Bol 40 mg/wk 1-8
Test E 800/wk 1-16
Deca 400mg/wk 1-16
HCG 500IU 2X wk 1-16
arimidex .5mg E3D
Cabergoline .5mg 2x week
PCT I don't PCT myself as I do TRT when I'm off.
Arimidex
Everyone responds different to arimidex so you may have to increase or decrease the dose, at least that what I have found for myself.
I like to have the dose of test 2x that of deca that is why I say 800 test.
Anyway just my two cents.
Forgot to add GET BLOOD WORK DONE do it before you start and then every 4-6 weeks. There are cheap places to get it done without INS. Get blood work all the way through PCT. Don't guess with your health it's not work the few hundred bucks.

Thanks for the advise Zdud and Sister. I was planning on running aromasin weeks 1-16. On week 13 I was going back to my trt dose of 200 mg of test cyp. Do I need any more pct than that since I'm returning to trt? Regarding blood work, I get that every 12 weeks from my trt doc.
Zdud can you pm for a good source for caber?
You don't need PCT when your on TRT my bad I didn't see that you were on TRT. I would still do blood work more than every 12 weeks while you blast. Also, be careful about about getting blood work which you dr can tell what your doing.

You DEFINITELY need an ai with dbol as it will cause a big spike in estro and will retain a lot of water... aromasin always goes well with it... 12.5 mg eod... i would definitely run caber or prami with deca to keep prolactin under control and to make sure you can perform in the bedroom... a nice hcg blast will do you nicely... i wouldn't run it too long though because it loses its effectiveness if ran for crazy lengths of time... 8 weeks at 500 ius week is excellent...

Yeah, since you're going back on TRT there is no need to do a PCT at all.
