    AMA Test E and Deca

    4th week and all is good , elbow pain gone and just feels like it kicked in today.... TNE arrives to more right on time for shoulders)

    TNE was suppose to b n mo/tues so hopefully it will arrive today , arm day plus TNE seems beast like I hear
