Is the very small vial HCG?

Yes the small one in all chinese is the HCG, and for reconstituting it just order some bacteriostatic water off of amazon or plenty of other sites carry it for a few bucks. Just make sure when adding the water into the vial that u let it drop down the side and slowly hit the powder not just squirt it quickly on it, and put a 2nd pin into the stopper so that the pressure is equalized at the end.
