Absolutely....I have received an email reply within 24 hours of a question everytime I have sent something. Of course it has been a few days since my last question but usually their communication is spot on.
All of my emails have been answered in a timely manner.

Guys really should just pm a rep instead of airing these kind of questions on the forum. Not to be a jerk but give the reps a chance before you ask questions like that.
I initially did PM a rep also, but still haven't heard any response from him. Since Chucky1 has offered to help he has responsed to PM's though
For the record, I wasn't trying to bash AMA at all. They have great reviews all over, I was just inquiring about average response time to emails.
Questions are always answered within a 24 hour time frame... This is why the company is top notch... Product quality, reliability and professionalism... These are AMA standards...

Once I ironed out my own initial mistake and contacted them the right way I was responded to in <24 hours and they were also willing to do me a small favor regarding one change I needed.
