Usually moisture in the vial. Some dudes say to reboil it or run it under hot water. I have done this and it seems to make the oil not cloudy temporarily.
Is it cloudy or crashed with shards? There's a big difference. I've had Deca crash--but it's not very common? If its cloudy there's a issue!Quote:

I'v had the same thing happen to me, not with the sponsor you used but making it warm put it back into suspension real quick
