I placed my order on Tuesday of last week and Wednesday I received an email stating that my payment was received and that shipping would occurs soon. My order status changed from pending to processing. It is now Monday night and my order has changed back to pending and I have sent two emails in the last 48 hours inquiring about my order with no response. Not to mention I cannot access the site half the time. Can a rep please check my order. If I receive this order, I'd like to place larger, more expensive orders relatively soon.
