    First Order Issue

    I placed my order on Tuesday of last week and Wednesday I received an email stating that my payment was received and that shipping would occurs soon. My order status changed from pending to processing. It is now Monday night and my order has changed back to pending and I have sent two emails in the last 48 hours inquiring about my order with no response. Not to mention I cannot access the site half the time. Can a rep please check my order. If I receive this order, I'd like to place larger, more expensive orders relatively soon.

    I emailed AMA through the 'contact us' on the website...how quickly do they respond?

    Thanks for the quick response. My email was responded to in less than a few hours. Not once did I assume that I wasn't going to receive my order, the fact that the order changed from pending to processing and back to pending made me concerned that I did not put the payment info in correctly. That apparently was a glich in the web site. AMA assured me I did get pmt info correct and that my gear will ship. Thank you AMA.

    Are you sure it's AMA, and not the company handling the money IE western union. WU screws up a lot, I don't think AMA is to blame here.
