Ok folks its obviously time for a few reminders. This isnt fucking McDonald's. Even tho its pretty simple we dont have a drive thru window. If you have an issue with something first PM a rep or contact AMA directly do not make stupid posts with assumptions.

Next - PM ONE rep not all of them. This just adds to the confusion. PM's and emails are normally answered within 24hours. Sometimes a little longer on the weekends. But most of the time its actually way faster than that.

Then- Give the reps sometime to look into it.

DO NOT post sensitive information here. This isnt good for you, the sponsors, this site and all its members.

Im trying to keep it together but some of you are testing me. P.S i dont do well with threats and this really doesnt help your cause.

Everyone has it easy theses days and I think they are forgetting what it used to be like back in the day. I remember waiting 3+ months for an order and that was the NORM. That wasn't considered late. There wasn't all this great communication that you have nowadays. It was send in funds and hope for the best.

This should be common sense for everyone I mean really you have to realize that reps have a job
to do and they cant be bothered too much you really want your product to be shipped as quickly
as possible and one way to ensure this is by not bugging the reps and just letting everything work

The Black Market is as close to Amazon as its going to get. Do many buyers expect exactly that Level of service with little or no understanding of what we do.

Lol. Some people just don't get it. I laugh when I read a post where someone says its been 1 day past the delivery day and they pm'd a rep 10 min before the post complaint there's no communication. I'll get worried when its 2 weeks late. But from AMA, no worries at all. Nothing but respect and trust.

I have never had any issues with no responses..always responded pretty damn quick, except for one time I placed an order on friday heard back monday...i wouldnt want to work on the weekend either by god. You guys have been good to this rookie, no one complaint from here. The gear is just as good as the service and ive got labs and muscle to prove it!!
