Thread: summer is over & tracking numbers rules oncce again

hi guys.
First I am sorry I was out of here for few weeks.
I simply took a little longer vacation.
Now I have sorted out posts, deleted competition spamm and lies ( these guys really have no moral at all, sad but true)
taken care of PMs ( ok maybe few more to do today and tomorrow )
I promice from now on I will be here every day, so no question regarding our online store and our service will stay unanswered.

Lets address TRACKING NUMBERS for orders once again.
We have tracking number for EVERY SINGLE order, so nothing can get lost, but we do not like people asking us for tracking numbers very next day or so after they placed orders "where is my tracking number".
You must allow REASONABLE TIME for us to prepare and mail. It always takes few days, sometimes 3, sometimes 4, what is a difference ?
Is someone here having a heart attack and needs his meds pronto, otherwise he will die ?

Well we do not need customers like that, so if you
do not have patience few days, DO NOT ORDER from US!
Average delivery time is 7-10 days, sure we had cases where something made it in 3 and cases when something took 14 days, longer then that is very very rare, maybe 1% of all orders. In those cases we always
appologize, keep customer updated and ultimately send something extra
or give store credit.
ONCE AGAIN, THERE IS NO SINGLE CUSTOMER IN USA OR ANYWHERE IS THE WORLD WHO CAN CLAIM AND PROVE HE WAS SIMPLY SCAMMED BY ANABOLICTEPMLE.
something much of our competition can not really say, can they ?

and last thing for now is we are very proud to announce we have very good stock now and we are ready for you guys, so everyone placing orders
in following days or weeks can expect everything delivered really really fast, probalby under a week total waiting time. We have no reasons for delays now. This vacation did us all good.
