HGH most certainly helps you recover from an injury quicker. Was it your cuff? If it was, you have another 3 or so months for it to fully heal.

Work everything that doesn't include your shoulder until you are completely recovered.

How do you know it was your rotator?

Did you have an MRI, or an MRI w/dye?

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Let it be...if it was in fact your cuff, you shouldn't be pushing or pulling anything until you heal. Doing so will delay or improperly repair your shoulder.

If you tore it, you are looking at 6 months bro. Go get that MRI.

I didn't realize a trainer was more informed then Orthopedic Surgeons and MRI's.

Shoulder is a very difficult joint to diagnose/treat.

so you have had an injury 3 months and the doc just thinks it will heal in a month?

Thought it was your RC? now it is an AC seperation?

The Trainer I Work With Thought It Was A Rc. I Went In Last Week To Have It Checked. I've Been On Prednisone For Eight Days Now And I Have No Pain. But He Still Wants Me To Wait 30 Days Before I Lift Again
