Custom Beginner Cycle
Hi all, I have searched this forum and found many different cycles all pertaining to different individuals needs.
I am hoping that I can get some great advice on a custom cycle to suit my goals. Here is my info and thank you for your time and help on this! 1) Age - 30 2) Weight and Percent BodyFat - 155lbs, Lean (do not know BF %) Height 5'9" 3) Years of Consistant Training experience - 4years 4) Previous Cycle experience - 1/2 cycle sust 250 5) Training routine and Diet - w/o EOD, run EOD. Diet is good. taking in 3600 calories, 160g protien, 50g fats, 55g fiber 6) Cycle Goals - gain 20lbs lean muscle mass. I can go more in depth on my workout routine if needed. It is tailored toward muscle gain. When I started working out 4years ago I was a mere 125lbs. I am now 155 stable and cannot seem to break the hurdle. My history, I ran sustanon 250 redijects a couple years back for a half cycle, but I did not do my due diligence and lost all my gains. I was 130lbs at start, pushed into 160+ during and fell right back to 130 after. I only did half a cycle as I was worried about sides. I did not experience any sides. The past year I really worked on my diet and have gotten very nice gains pushing up to 155-160lbs stable, but as I said I seem to be at a plateau. I am benching my body weight with no problems 3 sets 8 reps each, last set i can push up 5, and I have been stuck here for quite a while. I just seem to lacking the ability to push up more weight. Ok with all of that out of the way I am looking for an inexpensive, solid cycle. I was looking into Sustanon again as it appears to be the best drug with least amount of sides. I am not looking to become a body builder, just looking to have a decent "everyday" body . I really would like to stay away from the hard core products.I also play some sports recreationally and would love to see some improvements here as well. This is not a main priority, I really just want to weight 175lbs rock solid. What I am looking at. 10 week cycle of Sustanon 500mg/wk taken twice a week. (I have heard this needs to be taken EOD to get best effect, not sure how you get 500mg into EOD anyone?) PCT- Nolvalex 60mg/day week 1, 50mg/day week 2, 40mg/day week 3, 20mg/day week 4. PCT will start 10 days after last injection. I will have Nolvalex on hand if any sides pop up and will take 20mg/day if sides show up. What do you guys think, and thank you again for the time! Not sure if I would jump right into this. If 20 lbs. is what you are looking for, I'd fix your diet first. From what you posted, your diet is a bit off. 160g of protein is not enough. As a general rule of thumb, your protein intake should be somewhere around 1.5-2gr per pound. I'd also up your caloric intake.
And as for Sustanon....well, as Rooster said...if you are looking to pin 2X a week, use enan or cyp. And if you want to avoid testicular atrophy, get some HCG. Good luck. /V |

So you are consuming four times more carbs than protein? Show us some sample diets.

Sorry I completely f'd that up. That was my old diet protein intake. New diet is attached.
I have been sticking with this pretty steady. |

Ok, so tell me if I got this right; Test Enan - 500mg/wk for 10 weeks. 250mg every 3.5 days. HCG - start after week 1 200iu every 5 days. I found this at a pet store, brand name Chorulon, is this ok to take? If not what brand should I be looking for? Also, can HCG be mixed into the syringe on days that I am taking test so I only have to pin 1 time? Is HCG really needed? I thought that Testicular atrophy was only while you are on the test, and goes back to normal after PCT. I really don't care if I have small balls for 10 weeks, lol. PCT - Nolva 10 days after last injection 50mg/day for 2 weeks then 20mg/day 2 more weeks. Does the PCT look good, or is Nolva too strong for this test? Would Clomid be a better option? Last thing, 25x1" pin good for the glute? I really appreciate the help here, i would have never found test en. Seems like a solid product. |

I use 1" on my quads, and 1.5" for my glutes. 25g is too thin, you want a 22 or a 23g. Anything smaller than 23 and the oil has a real tough time passing through. Be sure to get some 18g pins to draw from. /V |

Start PCT 14 days after last shot. Clomid is a better option than Nolv in my opinion but some prefer Nolv.
I dont think you need HCG during cycle. I prefer to start it day before last shot of Test and run it till you hit the clomid or Nolv. Best to use 22-23 g 1.5' if your injecting glutes. Before you start anything you should sort your diet out, its all over the place and very complicated and doesnt need to be. I bet thats what holding you back more than anything, it would be very hard to monitor your caloric intake and make adjustments with your diet. Also keep changing you training routine and use different techniques to shock the muscles into growth. You cant expect to keep gaining strength week after week especially if your doing the same exercises and the same reps. |

You're not gaining weight because your calories are currently at maintenance. If you can't gain OFF gear you won't gain ON gear.
Increase your protein and your fats.
