Bes first cutting cycle

Hello I am considering doing my first cycle. I am 19 (20 in a couples weeks), I'm 5'9 appx 180 and have about 9% BF. I have been going back and forth on what I want to use, At first I thought Dbol alone because I kind of don't want to do needles but then I thought I really don't want water retention and I know oral only are retarded. Then I thought primo only because it can give lean gains to some people and I know it will have a greater effect on me because it's my first cycle but I really need my libido up (for the girlfriend who needs to hop on the russian stallion constantly) and I don't want to shut down my test. I have decided I am willing to do needles as long as I don't get irritation from them and don't have to pin a lot. What do you guys think would be the best low dose cycle for LEAN muscle gains. Me thinking Primo only would give you an idea of the results I want to get. Don't care about a bunch of mass but would like to add on some and get and stay cut. Thank you!!!

P.S. sorry it is so long!

Your too young and considering you "dont care about a bunch of mass" then there is no point what so ever to be considering steroids.

Plus if you dont want libido problems then DO NOT take steroids at a young age or as far as your "russian stallion" is concerned, you may be tucking it in with your thumbs when trying to please your girlfriend.

I care about mass a great deal but I don't want water mass I want quality lean mass. And I know there are steroids out there with limited side affects that are safer for younger people such as Primo etc.. and I am trying to get some input.

This is the end of the story. No steroids at your age.

More food, more cardio, more training. This will add mass, cut you from storing fat hopefully, and vary your training more. Try supersets, drop sets, focus on more compound exercises. Stay away from the juice for a while.

I don't know if you read my earlier post but my diet is on point. I am cut and I don't want to lose weight. I want lean muscle. I do too much cardio as it is.

At your age, you do not want to be introducing exogenous hormones into your body. We understand your goals, and we are not trying to hold you back. However, we are not going to give you advice until we feel like you are qualified to take drugs.

What about something like this?

Unleashed/BIG BLAST/low dose Beastdrol

That seems fairly reasonable.

You and me have similar body's, and I can tell you, you DONT need roids to get what you want.

How many calories do you eat a day? You said you have a good diet but just curiosity.

How long have you been lifting for?

It takes time... how much are you benching by the way?? Just curious to see where i'm at.

Unleashed is kind of a waste of your money. Your test is high enough at your age.

Big Blast really isn't bad. It's basically a protein powder with an unpublished amount of creatine monohydrate in it with some sugar. You can avoid a lot of that sugar by purchasing your own protein powder and mixing in some creatine mono. That way you can control the amount of creatine, and it'll probably be a more cost effective idea.

I'm not a fan of beastdrol/prohormones simply because i think it is a waste of your money and energy to go through the effort of purchasing/taking the PH/PCT and getting relatively minimal effects in comparison to AAS. Get as big and lean as you can/want naturally in the next 5 or 6 years...then take AAS if you feel that you've reached your potential and want to push past it.

For now, you don't really need anything outside of creatine, fish oil and a multivitamin. Protein powders too if you cant get the calories from food.

This is what I follow as far as diet. My friend made it:
Times can Adjust
8am - 6 egg whites, 4 yokes and 1 fruit

10:30am - 2 scoops of protein in 16 oz of water and 1 fat

1pm - 6-8 oz. of red meat 2 cups of green vegetable)

3:30pm - 2 scoops of protein in 16 oz of water and 1 fat

6pm - 6-8oz. of red meat OR turkey breast, chicken, or fish and 2 cups of green vegetable

8:30pm - Some kind of lean protein again (Chicken, turkey breast, tuna, egg whites, or another protein shake. No red meat.) Also another serving of good fats. If you want to add a 7th meal in 2.5 hours you can have another protein shake.

Meats-Red (92% or higher) Meats White
Sirloin Turkey Breast
Flank Steak Chicken Breast
Hamburger (92% or better no bun) Fish
Tuna
Greens
Artichoke Morning Fruits
Asparagus Cherries
Cauliflower ½ Grapefruit
Celery Apricots (Dried)
Green Beans Apples
Lettuce Pears
Snow Peas Plums
Spinach Peaches
Oranges
Fats Kiwi
Almonds (handful) Grapes
Almond Butter (2Tbls) Bananas
Flax Oil (2 Tbls)
Fish Oil (2 Tbls)
Olive Oil (2 Tbls)

4th Day Pasta
Cook Pasta but not all the way leave it a little hard, add a bag of frozen peas (cook them), add some parsley and a an of black olives (drained). Add 2 cans of tuna, Olive Oil and Garlic Salt. Stir it all up and put it in the fridge over night, eat it the next day cold.

Every 21st day you can have a cheat meal, anything you want for one meal as much as you want, once you stop eating that meal get back to the plan. Restarts metabolism.

Gabe, read UD2.0

It'll give you the results you seek. WAY cheaper than running a cycle, and you'll be amazed at what it will do for you given your diet and current conditioning.

Your diet seems to be on par, just read what Build said, and you'll be good man.

i'm on the same boat as you only was never at 15%bf, i'm at 8% right now, 185lbs. Just keep it up and if your not satisfied with in a year or two of really trying than consider AAS.

I'm gonna start my cycle at 21. Even than people think it's to soon but I strongly believe i have hit my cap. as gaining mass.

Your diet is way off!

You are not consuming any carbs and you are not consuming enough fats.

If you want to add muscle mass, you need to be in calorie surplus, and the calories need to contain plenty of carbs, fats and protein.

You are going to have to accept that you will increase your BF level when trying to add muscle mass otherwise you will be spinning your wheels, but it can be minimised with a sensible diet.

Your knowledge on diet is another reason why you are nowhere near ready for steroids.

dude shadow cam is right... u need more carbs and fat in your diet to add more muscle mass... u will gain some bf after this but also alot more muscle...once u hit desired weight after 8-10 weeks cut back on fat and increase cardio and burn fat off... ur body gets to use to doin the same thing over and over again and after a certain point ur body stops growing... just like with lifting if u do the same weight and same reps everytime u dnt add muscle cuz ur body becomes a custom to this... ur muscles grow when u stimulate them with more weight or more reps then u usually do... example if u do 225 in the bench for a set of 5 move to 235-240 for set of 5... ur body grows when u challenge it because the muscles have to adapt to what they r doin therefore ur muscles grow....as for calories with ur body weight u should be taking bout 4000-4500 calories a day with the amount of cardio u say u do.... hope this is some help to u... good luck wit ur training and achieving ur goals

Like I said before, I am trying to gain LEAN muscle consistently. I would rather gain lean muscle constantly than gain mass then cutting and gaining the same results. Many people do that and are bigger than me but I look better because I am more cut. My goals aren't all about mass. And the more weight I lift the more food I consume I was giving you guys an idea of what my diet looks like and my body responds very well to it.

did u ever watch a jay cutler movie or see wat the professionals do??? they have a bulking and cutting phase where they eat their balls off and muscle and add fat then their cutting phase they cut their fat off and i think jay is probably bout as cut as u can get... and u say u want muscle mass u get muscle one of two ways... one u lift heavier than normal.. or two u do more reps than u usually do with a specific weight... also when u lift more and u get more of an appetite thats good thats ur body tellin u ur muscles need food to feed them so they can grow... dont always follow a diet do what ur body tells u.. if ur hungry eat... by the way ur diet is ass u need carbs in their and if it is goin well for u ur diet y aint u gaining weight... so u dnt want to change ur diet and u dnt want lift heavy cuz u get an appetite and u want muscle??? its pretty impossible... what do u think roids do they give u an appetite.... if u want to cut out and u dnt want a good diet or lift right than do marathons u will cut out haha dnt kno wat to tell u

Ha ha ha what are you talking about dude. If you look into every single post that I've wrote so far, you will not find ANYTHING about me not wanting to lift heavy weights.. did you pull that out of your ass or what? I also never said that I don't want to change my diet in fact if you look I said that it changes as I lift more. I lift heavy and eat accordingly, I would prefer not to add a bunch of carbs and fat into my diet because they aren't necessary. I certain amount of them are and that's what I eat. I don't just eat everything I see thats just fucking retarded.

Oooookay... first up, muscle IS lean. When you gain muscle, you gain lean muscle. And some fat. Just the way it goes.

Now, that being said, I don't blame you for a moment for not wanting to turn into a bloated fatass on your bulks. Some don't mind that part, and just cut at the end, others like to look good all year and go through fewer wardrobe changes. It's important to know which one you is, and there's nothing wrong with either approach if you're comfortable with it.

animal, pro bb have ridiculous genetics AND ridiculous pharmaceuticals to bolster them along. Most of us here are trying to fake better genes with little or no pharmaceutical assistance. Different universe.

Gabe, I'm serious about UD2.0 - you're so good at riding the ragged edge of lean already - I really think it is going to be exactly what you need to get you to the next level. Once you see the results, you can re-asses to see if you want to run a cycle of injectables.

Another time waster!

Why ask for advise then say its wrong and you know better. If thats the case then stop wasting other peoples time and do as you please.

You obviously just want someone to tell you what steroids to take, but no experienced person will tell you to take gear because you simply have no business using for many reasons aswell as you being a very inmature, inpatient kid.

When someone gives you advise to help you reach your goals, you should be gratefull not tell them they are an idiot.

I apologize for calling you an idiot, I felt that the way that you were coming off was quite condescending and rude quite frankly. Furthermore, I am pretty confident you can't asses my maturity level by me asking a question. A "very *immature*, *impatient* kid" (I spelled those words correctly for you) would just take whatever shit he could get his hands on instead of trying to gather more information and evaluating what would his the best option.

Anyways Built what is this UD2.0 thing you are reffering to. I tried to click on your link but it looked like those were just your stats. Can you send me a link or PM me some instructions? Thank you!
