Diclofenac + CoCodamol + AAS = BAD ?

Diclofenac + CoCodamol + AAS = BAD ?
I recently picked up a mystery injury to my metatarsal area of my right foot wwilst walking about 5 days ago, my foot has been causing me agony and i've been barely able to put weight on it needless to say this has affected my training! .i've been to the gp and was refered to a radiologist who x-rayed my foot and ruled out a stress fracture, he sent me back to the gp who prescribed me diclofenac and cocodamol however i am in week 10 of a AAS cycle. Today is my last shot of Sust and i will be shortly running pct - what ,if any, will be the consequences of running the medication alongside?
