My stats, need some help
Age- 35
Height/weight- 6'5, 290 BF- 20% Training- Lift super heavy and intense 3 on 1 off, alternating muscle groups. I'm fairly strong and am comfortable in the high 300s on the last sets of flat bench. Goals- To get freaky big and strong with good defintion. Previous gear- none Years- I was in college athletics and continued from there. Never really stopped hitting the gym, But, over the last year decided to take it to a whole new level. I eat clean, and consume 300 grms of protein daily. Use creatin, NO2, and aminos. How do I begin the transformation? I have a great frame and want to take advantage of it. 52 chest, 38 waist. Any advice? |

JEEPERS you're a big boy!
Okay - you're at 20% bodyfat so you'll want to lean out a bit before you run anything or you'll aromatize too much of it (and you won't partition very well as an added perq). Based on what you've read, what are you thinking for a first cycle?
Wondering where to start? Confused? This will get you started.

Thanks for the response
Yes, I am fairly large, and I want to take advantage of that. I naturally draw attention, but I want that attention to include a shock and awe factor. I'm really a novice at cycle info and research. I've done some studying though, and the common theme is that a first cycle should be Test E. I, however, know very little and can only regurgitate some advice given to others. No one has ever given me any advice directly. At the gym, I have been asked what I was taking, when I say nothing, I am met with looks of disappointment as if I am lying. These types of questions usually come from young, punk kids but...I wish I could lift at a less busy time, but my work schedule has me there banging away right at 5pm. I'm pretty sure there are a few guys there who are on, but I'm not the type of person to approach anyone to talk about anything - unless to ask for a spot....just me and my iPOD. I would like to remain the same weight, possibly heavier, but I want all that vascularity and definition as well. I really am thankfull for you taking the time to respond. I will increase my cardio, and cut back on the calories. 2 months ago, I was 260. But I wanted to get bigger and stronger, so I upped the protein and cals and cut back on the cardio. I can gain and lose very easy. Hope to hear some more cycle advice from you.

No need to up the cardio - just drop the calories and keep lifting heavy. Read the link in my sig on getting started - I know you are far from a novice, but there will be a few key bits in there that will help you navigate through a proper cutting diet/programme and this will be more efficient than going back and forth between the two of us to see what part of that post is new to you.
Most do start with a test-only cycle, correct. Have you read the stickies on how to plan out your cycle; you know what your ancillaries are and that you need to have your entire cycle and post cycle before you begin?
