should liquid exemastene(researchstop) be taken sublingually or orally ?

get some gel caps. macro reccomends the solary size 000 and make sure you take with high fat meal. i am pretty sure if i tried to take exemestane sublingual I would retch.

orally, and i love exemestane. I have used the cem exemestane during pct and it worked great. I think i like it better than letro for gyno issues.

i'm using it for on-cycle protection at 12.5mg/day, what was your experience using it for gyno symptoms like jay? what dose did you run it at and for how long?
