HELP!!!!! starting cycle tomorrow and need help with it!

HELP!!!!! starting cycle tomorrow and need help with it!

I need some help with how much to take per week and when to take it?
I am 22. 6'3. 205 lbs and about 10% bf. This is my third cycle but the heaviest I have done. So please help a brother out. Here is what i've got to work with

20ml of Sustanon 250
20ml of EQ (300mg/ml)
50 Dbol capsules at 20 mg/capsule
50 winny capsules at 25 mg/capsule
36 Clomid capsules at 50 mg/capsule
1 bottle of Novaldex pills... 50 pills i think

Also, would it be okay to mix the EQ and Sust 250 in the same syringe?

Also I am pretty clueless with this PCT stuff. SO please help me out.

I'm not some weakling weighing in at 205. I bench 315 and squat 425. It's just hard for me to gain weight.
And what I meant be clueless was that I've never taken clomid and nolva in the same cycle so I am clueless on what to take when. I usually only have one pct.
I have done a Dbol only cycle.
And a Test and Winny cycle.

I didn't say you were weak - I said you don't eat enough.

Gaining weight is easy: eat more. No AAS will do that for you. On or off, you still need to eat.

okay but lets say I do start this cycle.
How much should I take of what, each week?
And when do I start my PCT. Should i take nolva during and clomid after?

Okay, we have two issues to address: your diet, and your dosing.

For your diet, forgive me, I know this post is written in a way that's friendly to newbies, but the information you'll need for this is in the link in my sig on getting started. Have a glance at that, find the part that explains what we mean here by macros (macronutrient intake) and post those up when you have 'em. That will let us address the "weight gain" portion of your programme.

For your cycle, post up in detail what it is that you ran before, how long you ran it, what you took, how often, how much, and your opinion of what it did for you - as well as any sides you encountered and how long they lasted etc. This information will help you receive the specific directions you now require.

Just eat like a cow man. lol honestly after you eat so much you gain weight esay
