New to testosterone injections and body fat

    Hey all

İ have been training for a while and while i have made some prgress it is not to the point i want. When i do make some gains i tend to lose them fairly qucikly ıf i miss a few sessions or cant eat properly due to varios reasons. A freind of mine can get access to sus 250 which until he mention i had never heard of. He said they were testosterone injections and would help me gain muscle quicker. Before i do anything i wanted to ask a few questions about using them. I will note down everything i can remeber about my training so you can give me advice accordingly. I am only thiking of going on 1 cycle.

I am 145lbs with 13% body fat at 6ft tall and my aim is not to become a body builder but to reach 175lbs with 7% body fat. I have a fairly good program whichworks in the begining but then i plateau and cant gain my last 20lbs. My calorie intake is about 3000 calories per day and i try not to increase it too much because i am afraid of gaining body fat which i have tried to lose with a proper plan but i cant even lose a pound of fat which makes it very hard for me to even think about increasing calories.

Will sus 250 help me in reaching my goal without an increase of fat?

Is sus 250 steroids or are steroids different to testosterone injections?

What can i do when ı fınsh my cycle to retaın muscle becasue i have heard that you will lose any muscle you have gained when you stop taking testosterone?

What can i do to prevent my natural testosterone production from decreasing when i finish my cycle?

What can i do to prevent the side effects like male breasts?

Is there an equıvalent to sus 250 whıch reduces body fat? Just like sus builds muscle is there anything that gets you ripped?

Like i said i dont have any knowledge on the issue so any help would be great. Im just going by what my freind has said because he is a med student so he has access to sus 250 and i want to get to my goal in the shorteset time possible cause like i said i have been training for a while and if you saw me you wouldnt know it and that is an extremely frustrating thing.

Oh and just also i dont want to look like i have taken anything either i want it to look natural.

    Thanks alot

Steroids will not help you reach your goals. Your diet and exercise will.

You need to eat bigtime and hit the weights hard. I wouldn't take any a/s with your stats.
If you're not bodybuilding, what are you doing?

If you can't eat properly,or lift regularly then drugs or supps wont help.

You need to get your diet straight!

You NEED high protein to build muscle, and you NEED high protein to preserve muscle while you are cutting.

If you increase your calories from high protein and healthy fats, you will gain mostly muscle, and little fat.

Then you need to take a step back and look at what you're doing. If your training and diet plans are wrong then doing them for a few years doesn't automatically entitle you to results. You need to do things properly.
