the only real SARM that is available underground (that i know of) is called S-4. there is a whole body of literature on it and it is in clinical trials right now as well.
there is nothing in the academic literature about your so called sarm, so i suspect it's fake.

yea cemproducts has real s4, I am very interested in running a sar,s cycle soon. I have read some very nice results.
