I doubt its a cop, most likely a scammer, the feedback shows a slew of positive feedback within seconds/minutes of each other, then no feedback for months, until we get to the negatives which tell that the guy is a scammer. You will also notice that those feedbacks are for that single auction only, and then they are no longer members thereafter. The last auction is either another hoax, or an idiot hoping to get his stuff. Too many things spell fat scammer, no suprise though.
