I am 24 and been training for 5 years
now. I play alot of sports my metabolism is very fast.
I'm getting I'n around 3,000 calories a day.
I lift 5xs per week for 1 hr. Very clean diet just usually have pizza and wings every Friday for my cheat day
Double your caloric intake, prob your protein intake as well. Rule of thumb, your test dose should be HIGHER than your deca dose. I don't suggest taking more test than deca as you are more than likely going to have a few issues.
I believe Vic means don't take more Deca than Test. Sexual dysfunction can be a potential problem when you do. Your injection schedule for that Sust would be wrong regardless of your dose also...
Cut your deca dose down to 400mg and increase calories by at least 1,500/day.

Up your caloric intake through clean sources and keep your test above your deca dose. Also, consider a different training regiment. Bateman's right, for this being your 4th cycle you're not very big. Something's not adding up and I'm guessing it's your diet or severly underdosed AAS.
