sust 250 wk1-12 500mg/wk
tren e wk1-10 400mg/wk
adex .25 eod
daily supps bcaa's, glutamine peptides, protein(duh)
pct 18 days after last sust shot
40/40/20/20 clomid
40/40/20/20 nolvadex
creatine
Diet will be very clean not sure on calorie totals was looking for input on that but protein consumption will be 400grams+ daily
Suggestions and critiques also any additional supps that should be ran thnx a lot guys.
i realize tht 210 doesn't seem to be too much after two cycles but i was in a bad car accident that sidelined me for 8 months. ive been back in the gym for about 4 months and have gotten considerable strenght back but no where near where I was. I'm 25 btw and have about 4-6 years with weights on and off. I know whats neccessary to build my body back up and how to achieve it and i probably do need a little more raw training i was going to wait prob 2 months before starting.
with that said how does the regimen look i might back the tren to 300mg/wk

Do what you will. Definitely back the Tren down to 300mg. It'll help keep a better test/tren balance.

I would try and hold out as long as possible before you get back on aas. With your pct i would up the clomid dosage, other than that everything looks good. Good Luck.


I don't see the point in shutting down your own test production for 250mg of sust a week, especially at 25. I wouldn't waste my time for anything under 500mg EW. Lastly, I'd pick out a single ester test instead of a blended one (test cyp or enan).
