    cycle critique

    ok i think i got this concrete. first of 6''3 210 13 bf
    sust 250 wk1-12 500mg/wk
    tren e wk1-10 400mg/wk
    adex .25 eod
    daily supps bcaa's, glutamine peptides, protein(duh)

    pct 18 days after last sust shot
    40/40/20/20 clomid
    40/40/20/20 nolvadex
    creatine

    Diet will be very clean not sure on calorie totals was looking for input on that but protein consumption will be 400grams+ daily

    Suggestions and critiques also any additional supps that should be ran thnx a lot guys.

    You have run 2 cycles and are only 210 at 6'3'' that tells me you should not be running any cycles at all.

    Post your diet and training program in DETAIL...also how old are you and how many years have you been weight training?

    i realize tht 210 doesn't seem to be too much after two cycles but i was in a bad car accident that sidelined me for 8 months. ive been back in the gym for about 4 months and have gotten considerable strenght back but no where near where I was. I'm 25 btw and have about 4-6 years with weights on and off. I know whats neccessary to build my body back up and how to achieve it and i probably do need a little more raw training i was going to wait prob 2 months before starting.

    with that said how does the regimen look i might back the tren to 300mg/wk

    So take another year to get back to where you were naturally.

    Using steroids as a short cut is always a mistake.

    i hear ya just sux to have to take all thth time to build back to where I WAS instead of trying to progress. dnt know if i ccanwait a year but at least 6 months is prob the right way to go thnx

    Do what you will. Definitely back the Tren down to 300mg. It'll help keep a better test/tren balance.

    I feel you but you are only 25, if you were 40 or 50 I would say fuck it and gassup.

    I would try and hold out as long as possible before you get back on aas. With your pct i would up the clomid dosage, other than that everything looks good. Good Luck.

    I don't see the point in shutting down your own test production for 250mg of sust a week, especially at 25. I wouldn't waste my time for anything under 500mg EW. Lastly, I'd pick out a single ester test instead of a blended one (test cyp or enan).
