    Oh! and how many mcg a day? 50 to 75 ed on T3 and 50 to 100 ed on clen. Help me out here

    best for t3 is 40-60mcg
    for clen 80-120mcg

    start in first week

    Go to the vitamin store and get yourself some taurine it will help with muscle cramps freom the clen, I get bad cramps without it from clen. Also over a gallon of water will help with cut.

    the clen and t3 will definitely help you cut, as far as the dosages go, you just have to ramp it up and see what you can handle.

    Clen cycle is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. If you get some ketotifen then you can run it for like 4-6 weeks or so.

    Thats about how I run it tends to have no effect any longer then that.
    I have ran it with Benadryl but did not seem to help with long term use.

    Before we start, the necessity of a taper down is increasingly being brought into question. So is it really necessary? Well you can make your own mind up and dose accordingly, but this may be of interest:

    T3

    Days 1,2: 50mcgs
    Days 3,4: 75mcgs
    Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
    And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
    The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
    are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
    Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
    Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
    Days 27-30: 75mcgs
    Days 31-34: 50mcgs
    Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
    Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
    Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
    Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs

    8-weeks total.


    6 Week T3

    So if you look at part 1 of my suggestion (before taper)

    Days 1,2: 50mcgs
    Days 3,4: 75mcgs
    Days 5-11: 100 - 125mcgs (reduction of 7 days i.e. 1 week)

    Then part 2

    Days 11-13 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
    Days 14-16 : 100mcgs
    Days 17-19: 75mcgs
    Days 20-22: 50mcgs

    (reduction of 3 days from original)

    Then part 3

    Days 23-28 : 37.5mcgs
    Days 29-33 : 25 mcgs
    Days 34-42 : 12.5 mcgs

    TOTAL 6 weeks

    one thing; I know t3 isnt something you want to overdo, but you have 125 mcgs and want to know if that is going to mess with the thyroid on a long term basis.

    100mg eod or 150mg dont know yet, my last cycle I was taking test c 800mg a week to 1000mg with some other bulking compounds, but this cycle is totaly different from what im use to.
