Test Prop does hurt normally after every pinn and can crytalize the next day, but will go away. Iv never gotten use to prop pinns.

Mate. i've done a few now

My best advice.. Warm up the area.. get the blood flow. warm up the test a little if its cold. Massage DEEP. but not too hard cause you dont want to cause bruising..

Go for a walk. jog... the next day i use anti inflammatory cream like voltaren.. on the 2 days after injection paid has already subsided and is only a small twinge in the muscle. 3 days after all is well..

Its normal. Prop is known to hurt. if you have read up on it this is one of the most basic things people know. it will get a little hot.. after time your body may or may not get used to it. and depending on its concentration... even my 100mg/ml hurt my quads like a mofo. My glutes no dramas. last 2 shots were literally pain free. And that was after i moved the needle around like a fucken assassin

i never got pain with testo propionate.

Buy some sterile GSO and cut your prop shots with it. 1cc prop and 1cc GSO. Grape Seed Oil.

prop can hurt for some people, i think it depends on the persons pain tolerance. Im made 200mg/ml prop that was smooth and pain free, except in the bi's that was bad news.

i ran it with warm water under the faucet,just be careful how you do it.dont get it to close to the needle.

Or u can heat it up by putting a pan on the stove, heat it up, set the vial in for a few minutes, shake and draw. It works for all types of gears.

must be a big tub... hope you recycle water cause thats a bath every 2 days at worst! lol Then again taking into account one big man, and 2 small women (i hope?!) the volume required to fill the bath once all occupants are inside will be far less than a normal bath.

If so the volume of water would be so low i'd be inclined to not call it a sponge bath, but possibly a yeast bath.

its this bad economy,everybody is trying to save on their bills one way or the other.thats a great way to save on the water bill.im gonna start doing that.

how do you do that?

Fill syringe with desired amount of test (like 1 cc). Then add an additional 1cc of sterile oil to the syringe. You can try to low the amount of sterile oil you need by lowering it to .9cc, then .8cc, etc.

it wasnt only about the pain .the injection would swell up also.but after some days it would go down.
