    Football Cycle

Hello Everyone, I have read a few of your post(s) and stickies.

    So here it goes....

I am 21yrs old and been physically active my entire life. I have been lifting weights 5 day's a week for the last 4 years of my life (got hooked). I am now in a stage where my job and body is ready to play ball (running back) again but fear i'm not strong enough yet to have what it takes I would hate to be unable to reach my goal's because of my lack of strength or size....

I wanted to do a simple stack to get me up to par..
10 wk cycle of test e. and the proper PCT.
    wk 1-2 250mg
    wk 2-9 500mg
    wk 10 250mg
PCT: 5 weeks of Nolva or Clomidix?? (still reading up on the proper PCT)

    My Stats:
    5'11
    185lbs
    8%bf
    lifting 4yrs

Explosive lifting program, once again I dont wana be stopped once I get the ball.
Mon: Chest/ Back (heavy weight/ Growth)
    Tue: Bi's & Tri's (Heavy weight/ Growth)
Wed: Shoulders/ Legs (split morning/ night)
    Thur: Chest/ back (defination)
    Fri: Bi's & Tri's (defination)
    Sat: Leg's ( Heavy weight/ Growth)
    Sun: Rest (eat anything day)

I run 4 day's a week but run differently (football program I made up)
Sprints, up-downs, bleachers, all that good stuff.

    Diet:
    5K+ daily Calories
    200G's of protein
That's all I keep track of, when it comes to my meals.

    I have taken:
PH: 1-T from PP (gained 15lbs/ kept 10)

Please let me know what you think would be the best route, I am not ignorent or miss understanding. I will listen to the advice givin if it's solid advice. I waited to be 21 to actually consider any use of AAS as that seems to be approprite age if properly used; screening and procations are taken. (ex:bloodwork/ which I got before and after my PH use)

Thank you for any suggestions or help.

    p.s
Please excuse any errors in my grammar, if you get confused at all just ask, I’ll explain in better detail.

I played when I was younger I played for the city I live in C.B and running back…mvp both years, and have always wanted to try it again and see where it takes me. I figured this would be the first place to start (semi-pro). If you’re just going to criticize me, please just don’t reply.

I play football. a different kimd. the one where we dont dance around like gay pricks or wear any padding... Im a little heavier than you. same heigh few years your seniors.. my experience with training heavy and being on cycle...

I found that when i started working individual muscle groups. you will put on size at the cost of your Endurance. Speed will most likely not be affected.

So i suggest a Full body Push Pull Routine...

I dont know how long you have to go before you hit the field again.. im currently in offseason.. gained a good 15 pounds (off cycle) and that was enough to screw up my endurance. its a whole lot more to move around the field. (i dont know how much you guys run, considering the game takes 3 hours, theres alot of yelling, team cuddles and maybe one other guy gets to touch the ball)

Its going to be very tough to keep your gains or to even have any with long cardio sessions. they just eat away at all your nutrients and your muscles will be starved of what they need to grow...

Kiss you 8% BF goodbye for a while. that will easily creep into the high teens in you want to see results fast.

Im currently on cycle because i wasnt going to play anymore then got talked around into it. Just running 1/4 mile tile trials my legs feel like bricks..

And at 21 i still think your too young to take Test-e.. its not going to kill you if done properly but at the same time give your body a chance to respond to your new training methods and diet.. if you are still not happy look at alternatives.

    take into account
Strength has little to do with SIZE.
You arent body building so why train like one?
If your going to take Test and keep your E down (AI) be prepared for hell on your joints and the high possibilities of injuries ESP at 8%BF.

tell us more about your routine. I used to play football and a couple of smaller school offers wingate southern methodist campbell and wasn't ahppy with them so I started training with a trainer to walk on to appalachian. long story short i was in a bad car accident and that didn't happen but from what i can tell your routine is no where close to what it should be. 1st i know you want to hit the gym hard to accomplish your goals but with no rest inbetween days at all your going to end up just hurting yourself. Your body needs time to rebuild muscle or else your just breaking it down over and over without time to rebuild. Also it's hard to say without your full routine but just by seeing bis/tri's on 1 day i can tell it isn't adequate. You don't need to be doing ANY isloation movements. Football is about BEING EXSPLOSIVE. Yea sure you need speed and power but when you watchin ap or cj running the ball what do you hear the announcers say. Look at how quick he hits the whole, look how he goes from 1st to 5th gear like nothing when he sees that gap open. Your routine needs to consist of COMPOUND MOVEMENTS incorporated with football. Deads, Bench, Chain Bench, Power CLean, Hang Clean, Split Jerk, Squats, chain box squats squat squat squat (get the point), close grip chain board press, snatches etc.... you need a strong dose of core buliders as well. Personally if your serious about trying to make a go with it I would find a trainer that's familiar with football training and go from there. Especially being a running back trying to workout correctly and then add your speedwork can be very difficult to a)stay motivated when you come off cycle b) train the right way while allowing your body with right amount of time to recover. Also theres no need to start with 250 wk 1-2 n then jump to 500. Go 500 all the way

I see on glaring problem with what you originally posted. You said you are eating 5k+ calories yet are only consuming 200g protein. 200g protein is 800 calories, so you are saying you are getting 4200+ calories from carbs and fat and you're 8% bodyfat?????? I'm gonna have to call bulshit.

Let's say you are just eating 200g protein and consuming 5k calories. That would mean you are getting in ridiculous amounts of carbs and or fats. Unless you are running like Forrest Gump I'd say that you need to sit down and write down what you are truly eating in a day and adjust.

16% of your daily caloric intake is from protein!!! You are not ready for AAS use, do some more research.

200grams for a 185lbs guy isnt enough if you want to really grow, Im quit a bit heavyer but 350grams of protien is what id get while cutting since the size of my meals decrease, so that should probly be what you need to aim for. If you had your diet in check i wouldnt knock you for running a cycle, even if your only 21.
