Help - Getting FAT not ripped..

Please help !! I am running Tren and Prop at 100mg EOD each, I am also taking with it GP3 a supplement that combines BCAA, Glutamine, and Creatine Monhydrate. Im feeling boating and thought my cycle would get me hard gains and and more ripped versus this water blaot. Diet is on queue... protein and carbs, and moderate portions but I tacked on 10 lbs in one week. I am only 5:8 so i look like a fat hobbit right now.

Should I stop the creatine immediately or is this weight gain usual for a tren and prop cycle?

Tren a and t prop is cutting, cut out the creatine it makes you hold water in your joints and muscle cells, so its really defeating the purpose, You will stack weight in muscle not fat on any juice. You still have to diet and cardio for those to work. Your weight will go up on test or tren, muscle fibs are bigger, but other compounds such as clen and t3 can give you a hard dry look and the tren should to. Cardio , Cardio

Lose the creatine monohydrate if you are bloating like that. Also, what is your daily water intake like? If you are not getting in enough this could also lead to some water retention issues. Watch your sodium as well.

Test prop can make you bloat, it just depends on how your body aromitizes gear, some people handle prop well and look dry others will bloat. For the bloaters, the reason is you need an AI because the testosterone releases fast and aromitizes fast the shorter the ester the more bloat these type of people will get, suspension is a no go for these people.

In your case, drop the creatine, and make sure your water intake is good, and sodium is low, if that dont work then your just one of those people and you need an AI.

Test and tren can put on some good mass. Only you can tell if it's mostly fat or not. If I'm fat, I feel fat.

Thank you guys ! greatly appreciate teh help and feedback.

The gains are ridiculous, i have put ion muscle noticeably in the shoulders and arms. This is my 5th cycle.

I think im getting thick around the belly and looking like a pug because of that GP3. It consists of the following:

    1500 Mg Kre Alkalyn
    1500mg L-Glutamine
    2500Mg - BCAA Alpha - ketoglutarate

Apparently a daily dose equals 7 grams of creatine, 7 grams l-glutamine, and 12.5 grams of BCAA. I was sold on teh stuff because it combines all teh above, not crazy about the creatine but didnt think at that dose it woudl be enough to bloat me.

Im thinking of dropping this and just supplementing BCAA and Glutamine with my protein.

I am doing cardio 3 times a week, 40 minutes very mildly heart rate 125-130 BPM.

Still surprized this thing is blaoting me or making me feel fat instead of lean. Diet is on queue.. egg whites, weight watcher bread, chicken breast tuna at teh right protions etc..

    Thanks a bundle !

If you are not using an Aromatase Inhibitor that is likely the main problem. I would immediatelly start using Aromasin to control estro/bloat. Relook at your diet as well. High sodium or too little water can cause issues as well as too many carbs.

Arimidex will lower circulating estro, Nolva will not so stick with the Adex to control estro/water retention.

Arimidex at 5mg a day is just right, like heavy said it helps kick some of the estro out, not all ,but helps in controling it some.

Nolva is good for PCT but i would use HCG during cycle... however there are lots of guys out there pinning 2000iu's first day of PCT and then 1000iu's eod. To me it just seems like to much on the testies when you can keep them in check doing HCG during cycle. I may be wrong.
