I need to cut the fat off my midsection and build muscle. I was wanting to know a good first cycle to get good gains while cutting up at the same time. If i have a fatty midsection will test make it worse? Need good advice please. I ear very healthy, 6 times a day and train 3 days a week with weights and cardio on 2 and take 2 off.

Also trying to keep the cycle somewhat simple and affordable. The only site i know that is legit is pretty high.

34Yrs old, 6'4'' 228lbs, 15% bf. I Follow a moderate carb, fat intake and high protein diet. have been training for a lil over a year and cant get rid of the fat around my mi section and chest. My goal is to be a lean and muscular 240lbs'
