I'm about to start another Havoc cycle (my third time) and my dosing is:

Week 1: 20mg
Week 2: 30mg
Week 3. 40mg
Week 4. 40mg

Pct: liquid tamox: 40/40/20/20.

Support: Cycle Support Stack, Whey, Creatine, BCaa, Fishoil, multi vitamin, glutamine.

Is there anything I should be adding to this?
