    Any one tried these cycles ?

    Hello Guyz,
    Any one followed any cycles from William LLewellyn's Anabolic 9th edition ?
    if any one followed it,and would like to share his feed and results,i would be grateful,as ima going to start my first cycle.

    dunno, i don't have the book. but if you've never done acycle, i'd stick with test-e, c or sus250 @ 500mgs a week. you could throw in an oral if you wanted too.

    Thank you Lennoxchi , i most probably will start with testosterone alone for the first cycle,
    should i take the injection b4 training only or what ?
    and what about supplements,how much should i consume from protien and others ?

    test is a given. Im a dbol fan.

    try:

    wk1-10 Test E or C 500mg/wk
    wk1-4 Dbol 20-30mg/day

    thank you J-pet ,ill give the try;if u dont mind explaining how to distribute the 500 mg test through the week,should i take it in morning,or just b4 training. and should i inject in the butt or in the deltoid and biceps ,...etc ,and how much protien and other supp should i consume for best gains.

    then apply Harris Benedict Equation

    provide the stats and we'll go from there.

    the end result was 2743 .so those the calories i need/day to maintain the current weight. im a hard sudent,don't i ??!! lol

    im 167 lb ,5.4 tall , lifting experience is not bad ,about 80 kg bench press.
    i dont understand the BF%.

    As stated above, I wouldn't take William Llewellen's cycles as anything more than shit he has heard from other people and attempted to adopt as his own. Not saying the books are bad, they are actually great tools but anybody can compile data like that. A guru he is most definitely not.

    Do your research, begin to understand the drugs you will be using, and keep it simple and safe. Common sense is an amazing thing.
