Question Pro rugby player retired and taking up bodybuilding

    Hey fellas...

I played rugby union professionally for several years and was forced to retire due to chronic hamstring issues...Really learnt to enjoy my gym and now retired am going to smash some steel as a hobby!

    Age - 22 yrs
    Weight - 117 kg / 240 lbs approx.
    BF - 13%
    Height - 6'2

I am looking at running my first cycle and wanted some feed back and opinions because I've been reading this site for sometime and know some of you guys are wizards at this stuff...should call some of you blokes Merlin!

Righto, lookin at running sustanon 250 through injections stacked with winstrol?

What amounts u reckon i should run and for how long? Im thinking 12 week cycle injecting a ml of sustanon a day and taking winstrol orally?

Anyone got a cycle they would recommend for me...??
Also som info on a recommended PCT would be great and on some preventatives against bitch tits and the life would be great...

    Cheers fellas...
Im already a rather big guy and quite strong as I have been into powerlifting for quite a few years but have never taken roids...Keen as now

    You're retired at age 22?
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

tisgGotime - you probably don't need the gear just yet! As an ex-PRO you most definitely have some prime genes, along with your age and level of fitness and powerlifting background you will blow up training for hypertrophy.

With that said if you still want to go ahead i would research a few threads about sustanon ,it's not the weapon of choice around here and certainly should not be dosed @1ml/day this would be madness.

If this is your first cycle look at using just one testosterone and aim for 500mg/week. test prop would be wisest because if you have a bad reaction to the compound then it will be out of your system quickly. you can pin it eod at 100mg. If you really want to stack something maybe look into EQ (boldenone),also 500mg/week, pin twice a week. This could be a 12 week cycle, you would need to stop pinning the EQ @week 10 to allow the longer ester gear to leave your system. This is a typical beginners stack.

Make sure you use on-cycle support ,i could not stress this enough. My preference is aromasin (exemastene) this is a great AI and you can get it in liquid form you take orally for a good price. Dose at 12.5mg/day or 25mg eod. In the anabolic forum there is a great read on aromasin by HeavyIron i suggest you read it. http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/anabolic.../106001-aromasin-exemestane.html

As for PCT ,continue your AI throughout and use Nolvadex at 20mg/day and increase to 40mg if you notice any signs of gyno.

Hope i have been some help.

I've only ever had acne on my arms and delts as a reaction to test. not very pleasent but everybodies different. I think it has a lot to do with diet. if you can make yourself aware of the potential sides then it can only be a good thing as it won't be such a shock when you wake up at 2am feeling like somebody chucked a bucket of warm water on you! i AM talking about nightsweats of course not incontinence lol!

the RoAccutane might have made your tendons more injury prone.

I know my joints/tendons have never been the same since using it.
