Creatine Ethyl Ester is worthless, there are several university studies to prove this.

The cheapest creatine mono works just as good as any creatine.

    Creatine

The best I have found is creapure. It's by pro source and is 100% pure creatine monohydrate. 17.95 a tub, 2.2 lbs(1000grms) It mixes well and is very fine. I use it daily and take it with grape juice. Some suggest a load phase for 5 days and then after the load phase twice per day is sufficient. 1 teaspoon is 5 grms pure.

I thought monohydrate was bad... Does it ever leave your body?

    Creatine.

Well if it's bad thats news to me, most lifters use it. The only thing I have ever noticed is if I use to much along with my NO pre-workout drink and a bunch of protein that day it makes me a bit loose(if ya know what I mean) Other than that it's supposed to volumize your muscles and help with strength.
