During PCT wich one of these do you prefer (serms -Nolvadex) or (Clomid)? and why?

Right after the end of your cicle HCG, and continue with 100mg day for 2 weeks of clomid, and continue with just 50mg day for another 2 weeks. this will do the job. always worked for me.

I preload hcg then i run my Clomid at 150 week 1 100 week 2 and 50 week 3 . You always hear dif doses like i was reading one study where 100 mg is almost overkill and another study saying that 5mg of nova is just as affective as 20mg . So i never know what to believe but the 150 100 50 works for me . Oh and going off of heavy am i the only one but ive been on for so long with so short of brakes that i dont remember what it feals like to be off ......
