    i got confused.any one simplify this?

    guys im getting confused ..aromatase inhibitor,anti-estrogen,one prevents the the excess test from aromatization,one works on the estrogen receptors,one is preferable during cycle,one not,one preferable during pct ,one not...alot of names: clomid,nova,arimedex proveron.........

    Any one plz can simplify this

    AI's lower circulating Estrogen from aromatase.

    SERM's block the action of estro in certain tissues like the breast but still allow circualting estro.
