I'm preparing for my 2nd cycle. Its very simiular to my first one, which I was very pleased with. The reason I post here is because I'm afraid of gyno and want to do everything I can to prevent it. I got lots of water on my first cycle, it cleared up nicley and the results were very satisfying to me but still...
You'll see I'm trying to prevent gyno with Nolva and Arimidex, I'm not sure if this is right. I read mixed oppinions about Nolva when it comes to gyno. Some say it helps preventing it, others say it actually promotes gyno.
Take a look at it and correct me where it's necessary.

Before you go on about telling me I'm too light and all that, let me tell you another story about that first. I've already been to another forum, they felt the need to go on about my weight and discuss my diet rather than answering questions regarding my cycle.
Please dont go there, I'm well aware that I'm below average when it comes to my weight right now. I've been injured for a long time and returned to sports last November, had to cut a lot of fat and besides that I'm not a body builder. I'm into long distance running and marathons, I DONT WANT TO BE TOO HEAVY. Sorry if I sound a bit pissed off but that other forum really pushed me on that one. My ideal weight that I'm targeting is about 165lbs.
Pre-Cycle preparation:
10mg Nolvadex ED - 1 Week
(this is one of those things I have no idea about, would I benefit from this at all ?)
Cycle: 8 Weeks
Week 1-3: D-Bol 30mg (3x 10mg ED)
Gyno prevention Week 1-3: 10mg Nolva EoD / 0.25 Arimidex EoD – (ED for both if need be)
Week 1-8: Test E 350mg (2x 175mg)
Week 6-8: Tren E 300mg (1x 300mg)
Gyno prevention Week 3-8: 0.25mg Arimidex EoD – (ED if need be)
Thats it, a very short cycle. I'm not sure about the Tren yet. I realize I prob dont need that, but I'm very curious about it, if I like it I want to use it in a cutting cycle about once a year in the future.
PCT: 5 Weeks
Starts 14 days after last Test E injection / 17 days after last Tren E injection
Week1-2: Nolva 25mg ED
Arimidex 0.5mg ED
Week 2-4: Nolva 20mg ED
Arimidex 0.2mg ED
Week 5: Nolva 10mg ED
I notice that PCT could / should be better than this. My source is a bit limited when it comes to PCT gear, I could add Clomid as well, would that improve the PCT a lot ? I dont like Clomid much but if it gives me a somewhat decent benefit, I'm willing to take that as well.
(I'm new to this forum, just got done reading some of the sticky threads, I have to look more into HCG and all that)

switch the tren and test, to test prop, and tren ace. At 8 weeks your barely going to get the really good effects before you stop. they take a while to kick in.
Adex will lower estro and since estro causes gyno I would load that rather than the Nolva pre cycle. 0.5mg adex ed all cycle as well.
Use the Nolva if gyno presents.
Nolva just blocks the effects of estro in breast tissue but circulating estro stays high so the adex is the best med.

You obviously didn't read my post. My first cycle was almost 3 years ago. I was around 168 after PCT. (Put on 20lbs lean while lowering BF)
I've had to take a long break due to an injury ever since and again I'm not a body builder, I'm a long distance runner. 175lbs is the max. I'd ever want to be.

And I need to focuse on sprints and endurance a lot for my sport, this makes it hard to put on weight for me, I do almost 3 hours of cardio a day, sometimes more.
You have to understand that this is a different thing than body building. I can't do the 5000 calorie a day bulk right now, if it was October I'd do it. But I need to be ready for competitions in summer, so I need LEAN body weight, every ounce of fat will make running harder.

I've answerd that question in my first post. I want more weight (about 10 -20lbs) and I want it quick (within 3 months) and on top of all that I want to cut my BF down to 3%. Thats impossible if you want to do this natural.

Trenbolones are not what an endurance athlete wants in his cycle. Tren is known to negatively impact endurance. You would be better off with equipoise as it has a tendency to add RBCs and increase endurance whilst avoiding significant water retention. Also, you may wish to avoid large doses as this can also negatively impact endurance. I would do something like 300 mg test and 300 mg equipoise.

Yea I've decided to drop the Tren, it was something I wanted to try out of curiosity cause it might come in handy in future cutting cycles. Equip sounds interesting, have to do a little more research on that though.
From what it looks like right now I might make this a simple Test and Dbol thing, it'll probably be enough to add 10 -20lbs. Give me a day or two to come up with a new plan.
What Glycomann said. EQ is a much better choice than tren for rbc counts with it you could probably also add enough weight without using Dbol and have much less chance of gyno.
I've looked into EQ, its ok but my source doesn't carry it.
Alright, here's what the cycle looks like now. I dropped the Tren, tapered the dose of the Test up to 500mg and added HCG and Clomid to PCT, changed the dose for Adex during the cycle and I dropped Nolva during cycle and will only use that if I get signs of gyno.
Right now I'm just unsure whether I want to use Test E or Test Prop. What would be better ? I'd like to keep this cycle below 10 weeks, I'm satisfied with gains around 15 -20lbs and of course I wish to reduce the risk of side effects to a minimum. So which compound would you use if you were in my shoes ?
I got pretty confused while researching HCG. I hear so many different opinions about the dosage. Some say 500iu is a pretty high dose and recommend not to go above that and others advise as much as 2500iu. The only thing I made up my mind on is that I want to use it frequent, small doses ED or EoD rather than a large amount once or twice a week.
Also I'm not sure about how to use it, I learned it comes in powder form and a water based solution, so you'll have to mix it yourself, sounds complicated. If anyone has a detailed but simple step by step explanation on how to mix and inject it, I'd love to read it.
