    new on hgh....

Hi everybody, I'm new on this great forum...
I apologize for my poor english....I'm a french guy(don't blame me;-) living in thailand.....
Like the title say this is my first time on GH, I runned different aas in the past like testo deca.....but my favorie stay primo+winny...whatever....I have few questions...
I'm actually 29 years old, 1m87, 75 kg, 15% of body fat, trainning 5 times per week(4 weight-1 cardio) and doing 15 kilometers of bicylcle every morning (the way to go to the gym, and trust me in bkk it's hardcore)....

So right now I'm running 4ui of hygetropin ED from one month, I feel ok just little bit tired in the afternoon...can see that my body get bigger, 3kg alerady...but my problem is that I'm not loosing fat....

    about my diet:

7:30 am (1 hour before training):
1 whole egg with 4 whites
    2 slice of bread
    1 banana
    1 orange juice
    1 low fat yogurth

    11am:
    1 shake of whey protein

    1:30pm
    1 beef filet
    100 gr of pasta+ vegets
    1 low fat yogurht

    4:30pm
    1 shake of whey protein

    7:30pm
Fish or chicken with salad (low fat sauce on salad)
    2 low fat yogurhts

    10:30 pm
    1 shake of pro 90

so maybe one month is too early for see any results from the GH?
should i try to run on 6 ui?
shoud I add some clen?(T3 will kill me for my weight right?)
what do you think about stacking winny and gh?
Should I cahnge something on my diet????

thanks for ur answer and ur time...

You're going to need to find out what your maintenance calorie level is then get to a deficit level in order to drop body fat.
Try fitday.com to see where you are at and adjust your diet to where you need to be.

I'm not an expert on hgh but from what I have read it is a long term deal so no you won't see much in one month.
There have been several good threads here on hgh use. Use the search function looking for Victor Z's replies. I think you will find them informative.

Far too early. Especially if you ran solo.

so maybe one month is too early for see any results from the GH?

*Yes one month way too early to notice results, you will begin to see results around end of the 2nd month.. 3rd month for sure..

should i try to run on 6 ui?

*No, 4iu/day is good for what you are doing now

shoud I add some clen?(T3 will kill me for my weight right?)

    * No, try adding T4

what do you think about stacking winny and gh?

*Stacking winny and gh is good, throw in some test while your at it.. it will lean you out nicely and you will see some great results at the end of ur hgh cycle (hopefully your running 6 months or longer)

Should I cahnge something on my diet????

*You shouldnt have to worry about changing your diet while on GH
