    on cycle help

currently on cycle, nearly at the end of 3rd week of 600mg test e p/week and 300mg eq per week. i was taking adex .5 eod up till the end of week 2 and at the start of the weekend i started to get a little paranoid about gyno. i know its still pretty early but i upped to adrimidex to .5 ed, since then i've been a little flat and tired, and feeling a little weeker. i don't know if its because i got smashed in the gym last week by a trainer and i just changed my training and intesity last week or if its caused by estrogen. does anyone have any suggestions for me plz

Flat and tired could be from several things. Yes, over training could be one reason, especially since you said you just changed your normal routine.

Your diet could be another factor. If you are working out hard and are burning more cals than your normal intake is, that could be a reason for feeling a bit lethargic.
