Cutting cycle - gain muscle mass?

    Hello there fellas.

Question is about - can you gain muscle mass, while on cutting cycle with Prop/T3/Clen? Doing Clen 1w on 1w of 120mcg ed. T3 is 100mcg ed. Prop 100mg eod.
I have some interesting thing going on here. This is my second cycle(first was bulking 27lb gain). Today is end of my second week in cutting cycle, and Clen is of this week(doing 8 weeks). 4 days training, 5x cardio a week 30 - 40 mins each, at evenings. Crazy thing is that i lost 4 lbs in first week, but on second week when prop kicked in weight is not going down at all. Not even a single lb. Its standing still like crazy. Is there any possibility that im gaining muscle while my bf is dropping down? Or this is some kinds water retention?

Diet consists of 250g protein, 100-150 carbs and about 50g fat per day.

    Stats are 24yo, 205 lbs, 1.90 m
