    Cool Beginner Sust 250 and EQ

    Hey yo, I'm 24 yrs. 6' 3" 230 lbs with a large build and about 16% bf. Been training off and on for 5-6 years. I've put on some solid mass throughout those years, but looking for an edge. Its extremely easy for me to gain weight, especially body fat. My goal is to be at a solid 240 lbs with a 2-4% decrease in bf. Just finished my first week of injections w/ Sust 250 mg twice a week and eq 200mg twice a week. Planning on an 8-10 week cycle, depending on results. If theres anybody that can help me on what to expect it would greatly be appreciated! And to any devil dogs... Semper Fi

    I wouldnt expect anything drastic bro. The eq is goanna take a while to notice gains with eq especially at 400mg/wk. Like 8 weeks in, my experience is that you will start to notice its effect. sust isnt goanna cut you up unless you are working toward that in the gym. Sounds like you need to be keying on strict diet, high reps and cardio to achieve such body fat results. The juice isnt a magic pill thats just goanna make these things happen. I could be a realist and tell you that you could hit this cycle for 12-16 weeks and notice very little. This is the cold reality of todays ug gear. Perhaps you have a great source and you are sure that the gear is 100% dosed correctly. I will say that the gains you achive on eq will last (i.e., you wont lose them as in other aas choices) I do think that your eq needs to be bumped up to at least 600 and I would consider 800mg/wk in this day of underdosing. you realistically could go as high as 1000mg of the sust per week as well. In other words, i think that your cycle is on the light side for your size and your expectations may be to high on the magic of the all mighty gear. Just one humbe mans opinion. Good luck.

    My main goal is to put on some more size. Body fat % will drop over time, really no rush. I had a friend doing the same exact cycle that put on 15 lbs with hardly any gym time at all! I train like a madman, hi-intesity/cardio in the morning and hard lifting in the evening. Diet consists of veggies, lean meats, and sups. About 2500 cal a day

    Takes a min of 16 weeks to really see any benifits from EQ and at 16% bodyfat you will see nothing from the EQ except a increase in hunger.
    You should have dropped the BF before yoiu started a cycle you will most likely come out of this cycle bigger and fatter because without the fat loss you will never really see any muscle.
    Building a body does not start with steroids its built in the kitchen.

    Also 2500 cals a day is not enough to add mass at your weight and height barely enough for a sparrow.

    Thanks for the replies... Im mainly using EQ for the high anabolic and low androgen and with Sustanon because that shit is thick! 16 % body fat is just my estimation, could be lower. I have decent shape and vascularity to begin with. Also, with 2500- 3000 cal a day i've gained 5 lbs in the last month. I guess i'll find out in a few weeks... Thanks

    2500 cals is snack for me, up your caloric and protein intake...whatever it is. With EQ, try to stretch your cycle out a little longer than 8-10 weeks...EQ takes a while to kick in and start working so you want a few more extra weeks with it. IMHO. Good luck. (eat more food)

    2500 cals is what you should be eating off cycle at your size I bump mine up from that to atleast 6000 cals when I am on why waste a cycle.

    I'll take all the replies into account during my cycle. Since this is my first time actually doing a cycle I'll learn alot more about myself and what it responds to. To tell you the truth, I know a handful of people that did this same stack, except with 4 weeks of DBol at the beginning. None of these individuals really had an outstanding diet plan or even trained hard and gained 15-20 lbs. i guess everyone's body is different. We shall see!

    "Dumb Kids" Yea dude, i agree. I'm increasing my caloric intake to 5000 cal per day. Its awfully hard to maintain a strict diet while limiting cholesterol and carbs. Too many carbs gains me chub

    ensure you taking in the right carbs at the right time of day, throw in some early AM cardio then your fat gains will be minimal
