    First time.. Sorry in advance

Whats up guys. Well to start im 23 about 6'2" 216lbs
So the situation is that i havent worked out in 2 years and by body is showing it. Never injected before so im here for advice and opinions.

I have started going to the gym in the morning before work with a friend for about 2 weeks now. I have never been a huge guy always skinnier and just in shape. Working behind a desk has gave me a lot of fat in the stomach area. Ive been meaning to go to the gym but finally got a break from work to switch around my times to have the time. Now im pumped to get back in shape and would be awesome to look better for vacation in july.

My friend has injected before and hes had awesome result for the 2 cycles he was on. I showed interest and he told me what to get for the results i want. My goal for now isnt very high, i want to tranfer some size from my belly to my upper body haha. So lose my stomach and build my upper body

I have 22 shots of sustanon 250 and 14 weeks worth of EQ not sure of dosage. Plan is to do a 14 week cycle, first 3 weeks with one shot of sust, 8 weeks of 2 shots and then peak down to 1 shot again the last 3 weeks.

Is this fine? Suggestions, comments, anything would be awesome. Dieting advice. We plan on running with our dogs after work we have just been procrastinating because we both are smokers.
As you can see i dont know much. i did apologize in advance haha

my opinion... you should work on getting rid of the belly first.. using something like clenbuterol or t3 or some other product thats good for getting rid of unwanted fat.. then work your way into a cycle.. your gonna need lot more than just gear for your cycle.. your gonna need your PCT meds aswell.. and something on cycle for AI if your gyno sensitive... do your homework first before you jump into anything bro.. theres lots to be known if your new to the scene
