    hey guys,

    I have more fat and less muscle than i'd like to have.. i'm not just some fat shit with no muscle at all sitting at home on the couch, i hit the gym pretty regularly.. i have some pretty decent muscle on me, just not looking the way i wish i were.
    I'm 6'1, 230Lbs... i've only been using protein, creatine and glutamine, but recently stopped with the creatine because of the water retension making me look like i'm packing on fat, not muscle. I stopped doing cardio because it feels like i'm losing muscle quicker than fat, and i'd reather have a couple extra pounds and decent muscle than no fat and 16 inch arms or something like that.
    I've never really juiced before, but it's starting to look like a pretty good idea... i can get whatever, but i'm not too sure what to go with, i'd like to shred some fat and still make pretty good gains in muscle.
    My biggest problem is that i'm saving to buy a bigger place in the country with a lot of land, and i just bought a new truck so i don't have a bunch of disposable cash right now.... does anyone have any advice for something that can help me out pretty quick and not take up every extra penny i have.

    .... i also know a lot of guys that do a cycle, less than a year later they're just skinny little guys... that's something i don't want to happen to me either.

    dude, dial in your diet and shed the fat first. Diet is everything. Cycling carbs is the way to go . . look into the Ultimate Diet II (UDII) or something similar. If you do it right, you shouldnt be shedding LBM.

    Meanwhile do your homework on a nice simple bulking cycle . . test base as a minimum. Injectables are the way to go IMO, test is king

    Clen works good for me with a good diet of course to shed fat. Cemproducts.com is a good place to get it. Good price. Read up on it so you know what to expect.

    would i be dumb to take winny V or clomid or something to help me shed the fat? i've heard just something like that alone would take away a lot of my muscle, i should stack with anadrol or something like that.... my biggest thing is i want super quick results, and doing everything 'naturally' takes a bit of time.

    ...i was actually in jail with a guy, what he does is goes to the vet, tells them he has a horse with a broken leg and picks up some equipoise... costs him like $80... and he was huge.. it obviously worked for him.... any suggestions on that??

    First, welcome to the world of anabolics and the forums. The first thing I suggest is going to the steroid profile section and read them all. You need to learn the basics about what each steroids benefits and downfalls are. Also search under "first cycle" and read as many threads as you can. You will never be able to get the proper answer by just asking like you have. You may end up with some quack giving you terrible advice and leaving out very important in formation. The last and most important thing to learn about is Post Cycle Theropy(PCT), and ancillaries to make your cycle and Post cycle a succesful one.

    If PCT and proper ancillaries are not utilized correctly, you risk loss of gains, permanent shut down, and side effects that may be irreversible.

    Something else to think about, is the more body fat you have, the more side effects you will have too. Also, if you have not trained naturally long enough, you risk injury.

    If your going to go the AAS route then i would say Test E 500mgs, and some albuteral, cardio, carb cycling, maybe some HIIT workouts. You dont need to go all out with your cardio, just enough to get the heart rate up a little, hell i just power walk on the tredmill at 4.5mph with a 10% incline for about 10-15 minutes and i start leaning out.

    For starter's, the aromatase enzyme is produced in fatty tissue. The more fat you have, the more aomatase you have. Aromatase is what converts testosterone and some other steroids into estrogen. Estrogen leads to an array of problems when levels are elevated. There is also the extra strain the steroids put on your body. They will increase you BP, mess with your lipids, and a host of other problems that are most likely already a factor in a body that is over weight.

    well i'm just some fat shit.. i'm 6'1, 230Lbs... my biceps are only 18 inches, with 15 inch forearms, i only have about 10-15 lbs that i'd like to get rid of, and that might even be a little much... i have a friend that can get me anything i need, he actually wants some ink from me so i'd be trading for tattoos....so that's the perfect price for me...he's suggesting winni v and anadrol 50 or clomid and sustanon 250... i'm not planning on being huge, but i want a different look i want a bigger upper body, my girlfriend and i both aren't too crazy about insane abs...

    LOL bro, you don't sound like a fat shit. I am not one of those people who say you BF should be 12% before you cycle. Though 25% an up is definitely a problem. There are a lot of people at 20% BF or so that could benefit from a cutting cycle if done properly and they actually have some real training under there belt and have been going at it naturally for some time. Can you guess your BF%?

    I definitely don't recommend Anadrol for you. That will make you bloat like a mofo. I personally don't like sust either. For you, I think a mild cutting/hardening cycle would suit you.

    I think a Test Enan/anavar cycle would meet your goals. Look into something like this:

    weeks
    1-10 Test Enanthate 500mg ew
    1-8 Anavar 50-100mg ed
    1-18 Aromasin ~12.5mg eod (might have to adjust)
    11 HCG 1000iu ed for 5 days
    12-15 clomid 50mg ed

    But do your research like I said, and your going to have to add back in some cardio. And definitely diet appropriately.

    yeah i heard anadrol bloats and retains an ass load... and i heard winni is really bad... but like i said i don't really know much about any of this shit... i had my BF tested a while ago and it was 16%... but i'm not too sure how accurate that was... my chest sticks out about an inch and a half more than my stomach...my biggest area that i'm concerned with are my love handles... but i think that has a lot to do with my bone structure, i'm sure i could stand to lose some fat off them but they're not hanging over my jeans or anything like that.

    right now my diet is basically 'if it doesn't grow, or eat something that grows, i don't eat it'
    i'm a huge red meat guy...country boys usually are lol... i don't eat much pork... mostly beef, chicken, brocoli, peppers...stuff like that.. another huge problem i have is getting enough meals... i'm a pretty busy tattoo artist, so i start the day with a protein shake and some vitamins.... but then a lot of the time i don't get a chance to eat until about 8pm and that's about all i get in me for the day... i've started setting the alarm on my phone so that every 2 hours i can grab something quick.. like an apple, banana, yogurt, cottage cheese.... just something quick so that i can get back to work...i've been feeling better doing this.

    my sleep is pretty messed too... i can't seem to sleep at night, so i end up falling asleep around 5am and i sleep until about 1pm.
